I stay here very nice hotel. Staff is very obedient and his service is very fast. All facility are available. Very clean and airy atmosphere. Management is good. I recommend this hotel for stay here.And philip (Staff) is very good person ,very helpful person.

Good hotel, polite and courteous staff

This hotel although is located in a prime location with lots of eating options nearby, dmart nearby, is filled with flaws. To begin with, there are 6 floors - reception at floor no. 4, restaurant at floor no. 5 and rooms at floor no. 6. Out of the 2 lifts only one is operational. One has to wait to eternity for the lift to come. The rooms are not sound proof, noises from the corridor as well as the road are clearly heard. The washrooms accessories are too old, rusted, worn out and need to be replaced. The washroom was so dirty, all the used washing detergents, soaps etcs of the previous guests were still there. The water in the taps did not have sufficient pressure. The complimentary breakfast was not fresh and was not upto the mark. The gym is spacious but is located right opposite to the lift area. Since the partition glasses are transparent, everything can be seen from the inside. Also, some of the equipments are worn out and needs maintenance. The tariff is cheap, hence usually the guests are the ones who are in official trips. Overall a disappointing stay experience at this hotel.

Worst hotel of Bharuch. Pathetic and filthy rooms. Food is unhygienic. Room's cost should not be more than Rs 1200. But they have kept the rate as Rs 4000. Not sure why corporate companies have tied up with such an unprofessional hotel.

Don't book a room here.. I repeat don't book a room here... I paid 2700/- for this cheap quality room in the name of a 3 star hotel. The walls are peeling out, the bathroom tap is rusty and dirty, the toilet is so dirty, hygiene issues. Poor room quality. Not at all recommend to book this hotel. Go for Regenta or Hyatt.

After we paid 2500 RS. Charge for 1 night hold we never expected mosquito in room and not Protection also in room like All out but here available only agarbatti for mosquito. This is very bed I not like it. I suggest to hotelier that it's need to improve room facilities compare to charge.

Hotel is in prime location of Bharuch. You get many eatable shops at a walking distance near to Hotel. Parking of hotel is not specific to hotel however, they have taken space in adjacent society to park our vehicles. Entrance of hotel is not good at all however once you get out from lift and enter to hotels reception it is another world. Rooms are clear and okayish type. Basic necessities were available. No kettle, No coffee or tea pouch. No Cable. Dental kit is available on request at free of cost. Food is bit costly as compared to normal menu items. Overall it is good to stay
