I had a wonderful experience with the service provided, especially during breakfast. Mr. Ramhet was exceptionally attentive and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked into the breakfast area, he greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed. He was quick to offer assistance, whether it was refilling my coffee cup or providing additional condiments to complement my meal. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed; he took care of the setup and made sure all the food was fresh and presented beautifully. We had booked 2 LuxTwin rooms in this hotel while transiting. Rooms and the property is good, but the staff and their attitude / conduct / training is very poor. Car parking is dirt parking and is dirty.|We checked in at 1600hrs, and were given rooms on 2nd floor. Told us that rooms on higher floor were not ready (at 1600 hrs!!). They only gave us the keys. We had to ask if our meals were included. meal timings, restaurant location and wifi. Lack of training?? When we went to the rooms, there was a heap of used plates and stinking leftover food left at our door. It took 30 minutes to get it removed. There were no towels, condiments, toiletries or teacups in the room.(And the rooms were ready!!) Had to call them again and again to get the essentials.|Next morning, we went for breakfast at 0715. It was ready but litter, trash and food waste from previous night was still lying on the floor. Guests were having breakfast in the same state of cleanliness. There were bones and used tissues, torn bills under our table. It was not cleaned till we left at 0800.|Tap water was salty, not only hard and unfit for brushing. The technician said there was some problem with the system but reception told us it was normal.||Basically, the hotel has untrained, inefficient and disgruntled staff.

Ginger Hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, cleanliness, and modern amenities. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was delightful. Highly recommended for a hassle-free experience!

I was stayed in ginger hotel Bharuch on 01/04/25 to 07/04/25 for week and i was very happy , service was very good. Hotel was very clean and welcoming staff so kind, everything was perfect and my question was answered immediately, anything i asked was provided in time.and i liked to recommend my all friends and family to stay in ginger hotel Bharuch.Thanks.

The ambience of restaurant is aesthetic and so is the food.We ordered Chicken tikka platter and Oriental Chicken chilli which were exceptionally well prepared. Thanks to great host Mr. Dipendra and team for their kind attention and awareness about the best items in the menu. Great stay and tasteful food. Keep up the good work.

It is one of the best hotels with competent rates in Bharuch City. Offer extra amenities like gym as well. And their restaurant is also great.Their staff is also very friendly and attentive & I had received a good hospitality from one of their staff Mr.Dipendra giving complete idea of the Restaurant menu and the Buffet Menu.

Not at all recommended, it is like jail and they did not allow you to use restorent if you have your own food also they don't allow any delivery partner to deliver you at your room and staff also not arrange it to your gate for the same you have to go till security gate and collect it. Very rude staff.

Very Quick chech in and very courteous staff. At Dinner the food was excellent and tasty, very much economical. Throughly enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast and the big spread, the omelette was delicious made to order as requested by me. Throughly enjoyed my stay at Ginger Bharuch.
