Property is very good, with excellent ameneties .. clean ambience. Food is okays but a perfect place for holidays and staycations. The play areas are totally awesome indoors and outdoors. Had a class fun time with kids and family. Rooms are cozy and clean. The service overall is too good. Reena ..the manager was very helpful with brief and services.. they also gives complimentary cakes and drinks......

Attended a close friend's wedding here recently and honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place even for a casual lunch, let alone a once-in-a-lifetime event. Sure, the property looks nice in photos and the ambience gives off that "relaxed" vibe--but that's about where the positives end. Behind the aesthetic lies a complete mess of mismanagement, unprofessional staff, and service so poor it's almost impressive. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the team had no idea what they were doing. Room allotments were a total disaster, with guests left waiting for hours or being sent to already-occupied rooms. Not a single apology, just blank stares and shrugs. Basic arrangements that had been discussed well in advance were either forgotten or executed so poorly that we had to step in and fix things ourselves--during the actual wedding. Food meal timings were ignored, and the staff's general attitude was somewhere between "not my problem" and "you figure it out." The event support was the real kicker--they practically turned every function into a mini crisis. If there was a way to mess something up, they found it and ran with it. If you're planning an important event and like the idea of running around putting out fires instead of enjoying your day, by all means, go ahead. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

this resort is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The reception team was not only professional but genuinely warm, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. And the food? Absolutely exceptional. The chef (Aman sir ) deserves special recognition -- each dish was a celebration of fresh, local ingredients, prepared with creativity and love. You can taste the passion in every bite, whether it's a traditional meal with a modern twist or a specially crafted vegetarian delight The indoor swimming pool at this resort was an absolute delight -- elegant, peaceful, and perfect no matter the weather outside. The space was beautifully designed with high ceilings, ambient lighting, and large windows that let in natural light without compromising privacy or coziness.

The ambience is really nice. The staff is quite polite. I had spoken to one the staff members, Bharti, she was quite helpful with all the requirements. It 's well maintained and clean. Kids-friendly. Must visit for leisure and casually too.

This place is really peaceful and luxurious.. The rooms are really spacious and the food is just.. The pool area is really cool I'm soo in love with this place.. I hope I come here again... the staffs are really kind and helpful.. Bharti haridrawar is really kind here.. She is a bit cute tho

Rooms are so specius and beautiful. Foods are so delicious.they had huge options in different cuisine. They have gym, kids special kidzilla, movie theater and many more. We are very happy to stay here. We will definitely recommend the unique resort and lifestyle.
