Hotel Elite, Bhachau - Comfortable Stay & Spicy Lessons at Rasoi Restaurant During my recent visit to Bhachau, I stayed at Hotel Elite, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff service was polite and prompt. The hotel is conveniently located near both the railway station and the highway, which makes it easily accessible. I also dined at their in-house Rasoi Restaurant, where I ordered a few items: 1. Lehsuni Paneer (200) - This was a great choice! The portion was good for two people, and the taste was really nice. 2. Cheese Butter Masala for the main course - Here's where I made a small mistake. I asked them to make it spicy, but I didn't expect the chef to add raw green chilies by simply crushing them (kuteli style) instead of blending it into a paste. Because of that, the taste turned out a bit odd - almost like a basic curry rather than a rich Punjabi gravy. Usually, when I request something spicy at restaurants, they use red chili paste or spicy gravy, which gives better flavor. But this method didn't work for me, and I didn't enjoy the dish as much. However, I'll take the blame for this one, as it was a miscommunication on my part. Overall, the food quality was decent, and I would definitely recommend the Lehsuni Paneer. This is the best ever hotel I've been so far in Gujarat specially in Bhachau it's pet friendly the hotel is clean the staff is so well manner and you feel you belong and valued. Thanks to the owner and all of you for the wonderful stay hope to see you soon.

Tea. Ordered at 7;10 AM..AFTER 3 reminders got at 7 50 AM....BILL PREP TOOK 20 minutes....Was basin Hand Valve...Complete open...in room No Teapoy...TV...REMOTE ND SETTING..IS NOT POSSIBLE BY VISITOR... RECEPTION PEOPLE...NOT PROFESSIONAL...ROOM BOYS...ARE ..BECHAARA..NO EXPERIENCE
