Hotel Lotus Town House

Hotels need to improve in all aspects like cleaniness (pics attached), appliances like Gyser and TV (both does not work), prices (700-800 could be the best traffic), Staff attitude etc. We booked 3 rooms and condition is same for every room. We had to clean all 3 rooms by our own. It's only one staff at reception, and misbehaved, was rude with kids. Neither gyser not TV was switching on for any of the rooms.

Hotel management, is not booking system properly, when you book room 110 by giving payment over the phonepay after that they are given room to another person and when you reach their by 12 o clock night time they said that your room is book 112 and there is no attachment bathroom and no available room . they are said it's other staff mistake,it's trouble us nothing, bus they are lootere...!!

There is mismatch in information provided on app and in Reality This hotel is totally scam they don't have manger or any representative to listen your problem and answer them very poor room quality no washroom with room A. C. Is not working TV is not available bed sheets are wet and no one is there to replace it And while talking to their hotel staff they behaved very rudely my sincere request to OYO facility to kindly look in This matter

Very good experience. Property is just 400 meters away from main market but still an ultimate calm place and connected to nature. Very good service by polite staff. They resolved my all issues in quick time. Food is decent with good variety in breakfast and main course. I didn't try main course but breakfast was very much decent. Overall its a family friendly and safe property. Some observations: 1. Initially I had been allotted a room which not in good condition. But later upon request, management shifted me to new room which upgraded recently and having the latest bathroom and room amenities. 2. No 24*7 hot water. But staff provided us hot water in bucket on our late check-in day and also started hot water on our early morning checkout by 5 am. 3. No soap bars and shampoo or dental kit provided in the room which I feel a genuine ask in this tariff range. 4. No mineral water in the room on checkin. Requesting management to look into above concerns. Still, its a pleasant stay. Super like.

Very bad experiance.. I book from Oyo app bt they not accept it and saying for a pay extra charg. N they charged extra 700 rs.... Room was dirty. Indoor and outdoor also. Staf not so well. Room service very poor . no drinking water available.. (guest house k name pr nanga nach hota he)

Never ever book this hotel through OYO....they don't have proper system....no proper person with knowledge..think 100 times before booking......this hotel doesn't exit n now on d the same address hotel lotus town house is there n this hotel want to just earn money .....staff don't listen n see our booking mail n voucher too.....they just say every1 that in their system no booking is shown even after speaking to Oyo reservation n customer care staff .....they are very stubborn n rigid....n the manager is operating from other place.....n he has trained staff also we'll.....horrible day .....please don't book.totally fraud.....OYO have confirmation but the staff n manager don't listen to us....if they don't want to accept online booking then they should update on google

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Lotus. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the overall experience was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Nice stay and very peacefull place. Staff behaviour is good. Room is very clean and hygienic. I m recommend this hotel to stay.
