VITS Shalimar, Ankleshwar

We just came to swim and enjoyed our experience. Neha from front office was extremely helpful as it was our first visit. She gave us an in detail run down of VITS and made us want to visit again. I'm pleased with her service and look forward to our next trip

The food in the restaurant was amazing and the executive manager Ritu was very helpful and very talented. She is very attentive and cheerful. Loved it. The rest of staff is also very attentive and well behaved didn't even felt like eating outside felt like home.

I usually don't write reviews, but after staying at VITS Ankleshwar, I feel obligated to warn others about this absolute nightmare of a hotel. If you're even remotely thinking of booking this place - don't. Just don't. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it felt nothing short of a scam. We had booked a superior room via MakeMyTrip, expecting at least some level of decency and comfort. But when we checked in, we were given a classic room instead - a room that looked straight out of a horror film. When we asked about the downgrade, the staff didn't even bother to explain or apologize. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were doing them a favor by staying there. Now coming to the room itself - it was absolutely filthy and neglected. The chair inside wasn't broken, but it was so old, dirty, and stained that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The window had no handle, so we couldn't even open or close it properly. The AC was also so bad it had a very dirty and fowl smell no one can even imagine. When i woke up in the morning i was feeling something bitter in my throat like suffocation due to the AC Gas .The entire room gave off a musty smell, and nothing about it looked remotely like what we had seen in the pictures on the website. The bathroom was also not cleaned And don't even get me started on the bedsheets and pillows - they were so revolting I genuinely questioned how anyone could sleep on them. Stained, foul-smelling, and unhygienic, they looked like they hadn't been changed in ages. We had to use our own towels and clothes to cover them before lying down. The staff behavior was just as bad - completely unprofessional and arrogant. Any complaint was brushed off rudely, and no one seemed to care about resolving anything. There was zero hospitality, zero courtesy - it's as if we were a burden to them. I have never encountered such ill-mannered hotel staff in my life. And if that wasn't enough, MakeMyTrip added to the mess. Their listing was misleading, with false photos and inaccurate descriptions. When we reached out to them for support, they were absolutely unhelpful. They didn't even try to resolve the issue properly. They just passed the blame and moved on. This whole experience was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly infuriating. Instead of a relaxing stay, we got scammed, disrespected, and left with a bitter memory. If you value your money, comfort, and peace of mind, I beg you to avoid VITS Ankleshwar at all costs. It is falsely advertised, poorly managed, and totally disrespectful to its guests. And as for MakeMyTrip - be very cautious. Their platform cannot be trusted blindly, and their customer support is next to useless. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Best food, Best Hospitality, Best Gym, Best stay., Enjoyed At reception, Ram is very attentive, and very polite. View, swimming pool, Room interior, Everything loved it. This is lifetime experience. Best best best. I liked it. Enjoy the stay.

Very good staff. I got a warm welcome from Ram and Ranjan.The cleaning staff or staff at the food section also gave me a good experience at VITS Shalimar. The ambience around the hotel also very good. Food is expensive, but considering the quality and quantity it is worth.

Stay is very good in this vits Shalimar hotel Food is very decent and tasty here . Reception staff is also very helpfull .Ram and dimple are helpful in everyway. Surrounding area have pool and nice sitting area.
