The Eastern Hotel

Car parking is not sufficient. The surrounding area is not clean.

It's a value for money hotel. Since it's relatively new Hotel all the furnishings, equipment in the room are good. They have maintained the rooms cleanliness especially the bathrooms which for me is very important, also same day laundry service. The food is decent but the complimentary breakfast menu is very concise, also there is no 24hr menu the restaurant starts at 7 so the earliest you can get is by 7:20 till 11pm in the night. They do provide free Wi-Fi but the speed is not so good and the connectivity breaks. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom to plug your shavers. Apart from these small things which they can improve it's still a very good hotel to stay in considering the price point. It's best for business visit.

Hotel Eastern was recommended to me by my ex colleague. This is my 1st visit to this hotel. I like room as it is good with work chair and sofa chair. Complimentary 0.5 litter water is provided per day, Bathroom consists of Dental kit, Comb, Soap, shower gel and Shampoo. Hotel is Good but if you are foodie and always do heavy breakfast then be careful before check in this hotel Very Limited Breakfast (puri bhaji option consists small bowl of bhaji and 4 puris ) even they get Sheet filled by you in previous day what you are eating tomorrow for breakfast. This hotel don't have their kitchen so they are totally dependent on Hungry eyes restaurant below hotel. They only offer snacks at morning in whole day, if you ask for sandwiches at evening approx 5:30PM they will tell this is not possible to serve snacks as this is lunch time is going on . No Teabags for refreshments in Room. Hotel is good but not suggested for foodies.

This is best hotel I have visited during my Gujarat trip. The room were clean and service was amazing. Employee were polite and helped me to get into my room. The place is silent when your are in room you won't get disturb by other or any noise. I think with the situation in COVID-19. This place is best to stay as it is every clean with better room services.

I have stayed couple of times here. Rooms are good and well maintained. Ambience is good. Food options in restaurant are veg and non veg. Food quality is good. (Veg only). Only drawbacks - complimentary water 0.5 litre only. Breakfast options limited for veg. Overall nice experience.

It seems online that this is the best hotel in the town, but it is not believe me. Each and every time the hotel sinks very badly. Now coming to Rooms, the rooms are quite good, but the behaviour of waiter is worst. I ordered something and one of the waiter just walked in without any permission. I also asked for extra towel and just came in to check whether the towel is there or not. Now in our package the breakfast was included. So they gave me a pamphlet for the menu and i have to tick the one which i want. So when i ticked orange juice, they told that it is not available Only apple juice is there and without telling they just served me the Apple juice. In short this hotel is very bad, the waiter are unprofessional. The hotel sinks very badly. The food is also not good. And above all the prices they aee charging are hilarious for there service.

A perfect place for good economy stay...! The morning breakfast has so many varieties...! In room facilities are good...! They give toothbrush paste comb shampoo shower gel soap and mosturiser...all packed and completley new...the higenity is amazing...! Comfortable beds and pillows...! Nice lighting specially for reading purposes.

Was staying in thus hotel for a night on my business trip. Ambience and the service is good except the manager who was very arrogant. They didn't even have a feedback book as well they didn't had proper way to greet the guests. Food was nice, rooms were clean and tidy. My rating is based on the very first impression on the arrogant behaviour of this manager. Being a travel agent I will surely not recommend Eastern Hotel to any of my guest who would like to travel to Ankleshwar. I would like to thank you for the hospitality of the rest of the staff but this manager.
