We, from Kohler ITC Pune, stayed at the Mastiff Hotel in Ankleshwar, Bharuch during our plant visit. The hotel staff and services were excellent. I would especially like to mention Ammar at the front desk, he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and dedication truly made our experience more comfortable and pleasant. I sincerely appreciate his support.

Hotel rooms are clean and good. Staff is co-operative and courteous. We had requested for an early check-in and they made sure and provided with the clean rooms. Food is quite delicious. Breakfast had so many options. They took care of all the instructions we provided while preparing food for our kids. Overall it was an excellent stay for us.

One of the best properties. But only problem was previously they had Mini Bar now they don't have. They have great BF & Meals. But I can say Mr. Ali in the House Keeping is very sincere and honest person. I would recommend this property. Do visit

This place is truly a hidden gem! While it may not seem inviting from the outside, the real charm unfolds once you step in. The ambiance left me amazed. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming--they even greeted us with sweets to celebrate Republic Day. Such a delightful experience!
