There is minimal hot water here--shall I say none? If you want a horrible showering experience, I recommend staying here. It may not be a big deal for locals, but for Westerners, having hot water for showers is essential, as we are accustomed to it. The hallways have very few lights, making the place feel dead. The staff is definitely underpaid, as reflected in their service. How this hotel received more than four stars is beyond me. I do not recommend staying here, even though the price is reasonable.

We choose this hotel as night halt for our onward travels to Statue of Unity, however the room and entire area stinks with urine issue. We feel it is not very hygienic. Rooms were not good. There is hardly any service. We did not wish to bath also in the morning and check out very early in the morning to go for our destination and try to remove this from our memory. Hope this helps other similar travellers.

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the hotel's appearance left much to be desired. The first thing that struck me was the overpowering, unpleasant chemical odor that permeated the entire lobby and hallways. It was so strong that it made my stay uncomfortable from the start. In addition to the initial concerns, there were further disappointments. We had requested water bottles, but they did not arrive on the first attempt, which was inconvenient. Access to drinking water is a basic expectation for any hotel, and such requests should be promptly fulfilled. Furthermore, the malfunctioning AC was a significant issue. The fact that the maintenance staff arrived after we were already asleep was highly inconvenient and disrupted our comfort during the stay. The condition of the towels and linen provided in my room was equally disappointing. They were worn out, discolored, and had seen better days. It was evident that they were in desperate need of replacement, which greatly affected my perception of the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. To make matters worse, the room service at this hotel was practically non-existent. I had hoped to enjoy some meals in the comfort of my room, but the service was slow, and the limited menu options were disappointing. It was frustrating to have to wait for extended periods, only to receive subpar food that didn't justify the high prices. In summary, my stay at this hotel was marred by an unappealing appearance, an unpleasant chemical odor, substandard towels and linen, a lackluster room service experience, delayed response to basic requests like water bottles, and a malfunctioning AC that was addressed only after a considerable delay. I would strongly advise management to address these issues promptly to provide a more pleasant and comfortable stay for future guests.

Worst hotel. No warm/hot water in bathroom, room lock problems, slow service and bad service. Looting public in such huge charges and not good facility. No ventilation even in corridors. Never book this hotel. If a party is on in hall, the music is played in each corridor, disturbing.

A good place to visit at a proper location. Very clean rooms. The best hotel in town. The response of management is poor. I missed some of my items here while leaving. Sent a mail as well as a call about it but no response.
