Lords Plaza Ankleshwar

Lords Plaza is one of the best hotels at Surat situated at very calm and quiet place. Room Service is very supportive and flexible. Food is good. Swimming pool is accessible through out a day, also very clean and hygenic. Water is changed in a regular interval. Very close to Railway Station. Easily Transportation available. One of the staffs Raval is very supportive.

Too good house keeping service I have ever seen in my life during stay at any hotel. Delivering the items asked in 2 mins to room. Very humble in nature the person to whome I met Shashi Ranjan singh the house keeping supervisor. He is very kind in nature as well and was very helpful & supportive during stay.

The overall stay experience was bad. The service is quick, but the food quality is not good. If you re a fitness enthusiast, then the gym is only for name sake. Not more than a person can use this so called fitness center.

The hotel was nice and ambience was so good along with delicious food and staff members were very much helpful and kind. The staff Sasi ranjan Singh from house keeping member was very helpful. The room 215 ambience was good and with good wifi facility.

I had a great stay at Lords. The staff was very helpful and polite. Sashi Ranjan of the housekeeping staff in particular provided great service. Pretty close to the GIDC and frequently used by those who are here to visit factories or host guests

Housekeeping is good, housekeeping staff is very co-operative. Whenever i need something, they provide instantly.|Shashi ranjan housekeeping supervisor is all time available to help in the best possible manner. I never felt anything bad during my entire span of stey.
