The Fern Royal Farm Resort, Anjar, Kutch

We stayed at this property in a 2BHK Villa for 2 nights. The villa was clean, spacious and well maintained. The pool in the villa was clean and the service in the villa was prompt and staff was responsive to our requests. We could spend a lot of quality time as a family in the Villa. I would recommend this to families looking for a good place to relax and rejuvenate We had opted for all inclusive meal package. The food quality was great. The food service however could be improved; few of the staff members that I am going to mention here were on their toes and delivered excellent service. Couple of staff members appeared as trainees and need to improve their service levels. Me and my family would like to thank Saheli, Kajal Pratima Negi , Kamlesh sir and Dhanshree for their prompt and polite service during our meal times. They made us feel at home The check in and check out process was seamless and kudos to Rina for doing this job so well Overall this was a memorable stay for us and we would definitely visit the property again

I recently stayed at The Fern Royal Farm Resort, Anjar,Kutch and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. The stay was pleasant and as always I loved it. The weather, and views from balcony was awesome. All staff of The fern royal resort were so supportive. Specially Mrs Rani was very good and helpful Thanks to Mr. Ritik and sanjay for his efforts and the fern to make this stay unforgettable.

Had great experience. We are staying for weekend. We booked 3 bhk villa. Very well appointed rooms and decently sized indoor pool. Food was amazing. We had great time here for dinner. Special thanks to Kajal for her amazing service.

Stayed here for just a night but had a packed experience! The property is huge with lots of open spaces to walk around and relax. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond--catering to all our special requests, especially Rani madam from activities team and Rahulji the chef. The bogey service was prompt and convenient. Overall, a great stay with top-notch hospitality!

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Royal Farm Resort (March 2025 Stay) We stayed at The Fern Royal Farm Resort for one night on March 29th, 2025, expecting at least basic comfort and courtesy, even from a property labeled 5-star. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below acceptable standards. Positive Start: The dinner served was of good quality, and we do acknowledge that as a highlight of the stay. Concerns and Disappointments: Check-In Confusion: We had booked a villa, but on arrival, the staff forgot the keys. We had to wait outside in the heat for quite some time, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Poor Villa Maintenance: The villa had a foul smell and lacked running water. These are basic requirements and should never be compromised. Delayed Maintenance Response: Even after reporting the issues, the maintenance staff took a long time to arrive and address the concerns. Second Villa Issues: After being moved to another villa, we encountered poor-quality bed linen, and the internet connection was so weak that we couldn't enjoy even basic TV time. Power Cut Mismanagement: A major letdown was the power outage, which lasted for over 2.5 hours. During this time, the ACs were non-functional, and we were left waiting in discomfort with vague justifications from the staff. Unprofessional Dining Service: At the main building's dining room, staff appeared poorly trained. When we politely asked for quicker service, the staff simply declined, stating it wouldn't be possible. Late-Night Room Shift: We were asked to vacate the second villa around 10:30 PM due to unresolved electricity issues. Only after multiple arguments were we shifted to a suite -- a move that felt more like damage control than service recovery.
