HOTEL GAYATRI

Their service isn't good. They forgot to clean our room only. Owner is harsh. This room is worth for 700-1000. But during peak season we had to pay 4600. Even switchboard wasn't working properly to reduce fan speed. They have solar system so If you take bath at 5am then only you will get hot water. Once people use it and finishes then hot water is like dream for others. We had to take bath in cold water only even during peak winters. But their room boy Pawav was little helpful.

Visited in march. The rooms and washrooms are really small, and not even close to the photos, the hotel staff shared with us. Had to pay 2000 per room due to peak season, and not at all worth it. service and location is also really bad. It's a 1 star hotel. Don't waste your money.

It worth only 700-900/- So if you ve to pay more than that think again. No cleanliness maintained. Hot water issue. Location is near by temple. Better to stay little out side to get good deal and well maintained rooms.

Please Don't go here because this is a perfect Scam. First of all the owner is completely money minded. So they are not doing business and giving services to customers, they are just looting money of customers. Hot water is completely dream for the people. Manager is completely rude, bed sheets and washroom is completely smell, room was too dirty, toilet commode was chipped, fan regulator was destroyed so fan was not working, 4th floor not having lift facility and even wifi too. So I lived here for one day on 26/12/2024 felt here completely hell. Hence my personal suggestion is if pay some more money also pls choose some other stays which are better than this. Only good thing here was the staff Pavan and Rajesh are bit helpful and friendly. But there is also a problem they have to check each and everything to manager and owner. As they are very bad, we get bad feelings on these 2 people. So overall it is a worst experience I got after paying that much of money too..

Very dirty rooms. Worth ~+1000/ They clean rooms after your checkin. Hot water is for name sake. Note: it is better to stay little out side in dwarka, as most hotels ve same story, which are near by temple.

Hotel is totally unsafe, there no hot water, no clean room and bad smell in the rooms they marked hotel in google map someone elses location when we reached there we found that gayatri hote is in different unsafe location.

Worst and pathetic hotel. I was feeling guilty why did I bring my grandfather to this place. Nothing is there, not even basic amenity. Very nasty smell from the room, no cleaning at all, cockroaches were roaming, TV not working, nothing!! Located at a rubbish place. No maintenance at all, lift also didn't come to our floor. Their mirror light is also not working. How the hell even this place is functioning. Pathetic! Never ever go this place. Guys, do not book this place at all.

Don't come here as of worst service at reception and if you are coming hot water is dream and flush is not working as well !!
