This is not a friendly or family orientated place to stay. If you want to find dirty beds that are covered in stains with cleanliness of the overall rooms that are well below poor then this is the place to go. The management of this place have the audacity to tell us to leave the hotel if we don't like it when it's evident they are not doing their job. You can't blame those other staff members as they are just getting told what to do. The experience was shambolic and the fact I booked the hotel for 30 members of my family meant there were 30 disappointed people. AVOID AND DONT STAY HERE. At least I've taken my time for this place to write a review!!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I had for the price, given the location. All they had was infrastructure and absolutely no service. Their room TV was under maintenance. Their restaurant was under maintenance. They didn't even provide good drinking water, they just gave a used bottle. Their parking was bad. They had limited hour hot water only in the morning and that too wasn't working during winter. And after all that when I requested for just 15 minutes extension to the checkout time, they had the audacity to refuse that, as if their hotel was fully occupied which it wasn't. It seemed like a shady and dying hotel.

This hotel was extremely unsanitary and unsuitable even for an overnight stay. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, even after multiple complaints. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained with broken amenities.

Very difficult to find location, Hotel taken over by OYO but still old name displayed. Parking place is horrible, you have to park vehicle outside without any security. OYO if you are listening, please contact

No soaps in toilet....Bathroom not entirely clean....No one to ask even for water......They will give excuses if you ask for wifi password even when WIFI service is added.
