SPOT ON Hotel Decent

Not perfect for couples not higein mainten, and poor services and location are worst

Worst experience ever. First, When you get in there, you are not going see a single smile on staff members or even manager's face. Felt kinda rud. Manager is shouting all the time at the staff members. I was able to hear that seating in my room They don't accept customers who booked their rooms via oyo, they literally told me that you can call at oyo customer service and tell them that we don't have any rooms available in that catagory so we are not able to give this room and when I asked okay then which room is available right now then they showed me the exact same room which I had already booked via oyo and they said you have to pay more for this room. NEVER GOING TO THIS HOTEL FOR SURE

I would like to give 0 star but anyways,who cares.So let me start me with my experience. 1.You can not get there easily. 2.Hotel is in very bad area where you cant reach 3.There is no staff and the owner who sits at recepetonist is very rude. 4.No towels, no soap,No shampoos,no hot water,no staff,no blankets. 5.There was nothing good in this hotel. Dont book in this hotel if you have last choice then also.

Decent is good hotel near grid area in anand. Its budget hotel for punjabi and chinese food. Taste is good. Staff is courteous. Punjabi food is spacially good. Stairs are there and No lift so elder people and handicapped people may face difficulties. Overall good option for food.

It's an average hotel. It's cheap also so you can not expect so much. But they should give service better than this at this cost. Hotel is little bit away from railway station. Hotel booking is available on goibibo site. The bed quality is normal. Hotel is lower average on it's price. It's okay to stay a small period.

While my trip to Anand , I have booked room online service. Rate was resonable and attractive. I was impressed with great service. The hotel was located at prime location. It was peaceful location and heart of the city.

Poor/Dirty rooms, bathroom was the worst part, location is very close to station. For budget hotel it's good. (550) non ac. At the end of the day all depends on budget.

Very bad experience.......was very bad receptionist he was not allowing us after we book on goibibo...he was saying cancel the booking and do manually......he is such a greddy man...... didn't know how to talk with customer .....and hotel is also very small in size and very dirty .....and rooms are uncomfortable .....so my suggestion is to all that don't go to that hotel
