Pride Biznotel, The Maison Anand

Very very bad rooms . Not a single room is in good condition, there is something broken in the interior of the room . The lift was too slow and stuck every time in the middle of the way. Don't recommend it for a stay.

Very nice ambience. Talking specially about the food and dining services it's fabulous. The staffs are very polite and kind, has a friendly nature and accent. They are always ready to serve you with a smile. To me it was such an amazing experience.

The food was amazing, the service and staff was so helpful and sweet. They made sure of a smooth experience. Rates were also reasonable. We did a group party of 50+ people and we all loved the arrangements. Big banquet hall for a perfect party with speakers.

I was treated with the same respect and attention as a regular business traveller. i very much enjoyed my stay at hotel biznotel pride. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was not too bad either, although there are better places in town to eat if you want international cuisine.

The worst hotel. The room was bad the toilet was dirty and the tv was not working the tv remote was broken the bed has stains on it and there was no hot water in the shower. The staff was uninterested. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

I was totally impressed with the staff ethics, friendly and well cultured. The house keeping was reasonably ok. The restaurant meal tasty and the chef always try to meet my meal spec. I won't forget to appreciate Mr. Bappi who made my stay very interesting and stress free. But, they need to improve in the laundry service and fumigation

I have booked 13 room at maison hotel Anand. On the day of booking itself we told that our guest officers may come around 9 o clock. But some how they arrive early morning around 7 o clock. Hence hotel authority has charged additional early check in charges 300/- per room after lots of bargaining ( though it has not been communicated early) inspite of providing so many days and room booking business to you. Our seperate team also booked your hotel between 10th to 13th dec. First day breakfast and room facilities were worst experience. Moreover your hotel management ask us to charge 40/- per litter water bottle (which usually available at 20/- at all locations). Hence I have overall worst experience at hotel.I am totally dissatisfied with service and hospitality. Do not book in this hotel...

First of all, this is not Pride Biznotel, their affiliation over a month ago but still the hotel using Pride brand name and fooling customers. Rooms are burst than a lodge, cockroaches roaming here n there, AC was not effective, pillows were stinking. Food was pathetic, ordered dinner in the restaurant took 45 mins to reach, very less options. Breakfast: they served poha which was not having salt at all and paratha was damn salty Found lizard close to restaurant lift. Staff was like rowdy fellows. Overall felt cheated and looted by this hotel.
