Hotel Vr inn

I booked and paid for a room at this hotel through Agoda. The booking was confirmed. However, the owner refused to give me the room. He said they don't accept online bookings and asked me to cancel through Agoda. And they said our rooms is already full. It was a terrible experience. Hotels should only list themselves on platforms if they understand how to handle online bookings and honor confirmed reservations.

Pathetic Experience. Booked a room via Agoda. When visited Hotel for Check-in, owner simply denied telling they don't take online booking and asked me to cancel through agoda saying non availability of room. Even though many rooms were available. So kindly don't register your hotels on their platform if you have not a bit of experience regarding hospitality. Horrible Experience.

Do not distracted by the comments they all are fake. don't book here if you get whatever price. owner is cheater. i booked rooms one week before and Agoda also confirmed my booking . one day before check in i call at hotel regarding my booking then owner told me that he cancelled it and he has no room available. he speak very rudely also. better don't book here
