Hotel SR Regency

Good spacious room. Food was also tasty and within budget. Service was fine. There was some minor issue with electricity though for a bit. Value for money and good location. Highly Recommended

Worst Service... We booked 3 presidential suit and 2 deluxe room for senior citizens. Poor service poor management.. No hot water.. no food.. Nothing good Falling water of rain

Very bad hotel even not single star, photos is not real, in photo room looks bigger but it's very small room, even water kettle was not cleaned, Room is very very small, manager behaviour not good, if book directly then they will charge rs. 1500/- and additional bed they charge ra 1000/- even five start hotel don't ask rs. 1000/- for extra bed. (And through make my trip we paid ra. 2500/, room is not as per the photo, in the photo they shows big room, but in reality it's very small Breakfast too late, they start from 8:30 am. Think thousand time before check in to this property

Staff behaviour very unprofessional and not proper communication with us. So make all clear before booking room. Specially management head. Coz all are new and having no experience. Thanks

Baddest place I had stayed!Spiders and many insects were crawling over my bed! There were many mosquitoes still they did not provide an mosquito repellent! There were spoiled and dirty bed sheets! The pillow case was also spoiled and dirty! The bathroom was also unhygienic! Don't ever stay in this place!!!
