Hotel SR Laxmi

Hotel S R Laxmi has excellent customer services with maintain proper report with customer. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. The view from the window was beautiful, and everything--from the lighting to the air conditioning--worked perfectly.

The hotel service is extremely disappointing. The staff is rude and unhelpful, giving the impression that answering our questions is a favor to us. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, lacked basic hygiene, and the toilet was unclean. Despite staying for two nights and requesting a toilet roll on the first day, we were told it was out of stock, and no effort was made to provide one on the second day. Moreover, the lift was not working, and we had to carry the luggage for 3 floors. The lack of attention to detail and customer service was evident throughout the stay. It felt like the management had no interest in addressing guest concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad staff behavior. Owner should change staff. Last time visited with good service but this time very bad service. Will stay anymore here

I am from Mauritius and coming in India for the 5th time. This is the best hotel at a very reasonable price. Top service, personnel and very clean. The Manager is very cool. It is highly recommended.

This is mind blowing staying option with family and friends in your budget ..I would recommend to stay here instead of spending unnecessarily in hotels which are higher in price with no facilities..this is simple yet classy...newly built ..just awesome..and enjoying my stay with my kids
