Hotel Rest & ride

Rooms were spacious, but maintenance seemed to be lacking. Despite requesting early check-in with a clear explanation of my plans to check out early, I was charged an additional Rs.300. Upon entering the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority as the bedsheet was unchanged and the room itself was not adequately clean. However, after lodging a complaint, the situation was rectified promptly. No room service is available from 10pm to 6:30am. The complimentary amenities provided were two towels, one pair of used slippers, and two soaps. Although the room service was efficient, the overall maintenance of the hotel, particularly the cleanliness of the bathrooms, left much to be desired.

The behaviour of the receptionist was very rude and he don't even know how to communicate with a client . Instead of booking an early check-in , he denied to give the rooms and also was constantly asking for extra charge and he informed at the last minute about the change in property;i.e., the rooms will be given in the hotel opposite to "HOTEL REST & RIDE". He said if we pay the extra charge as demanded by him,he would give us the room early otherwise he won't inspite of availability of rooms. I suggest no one should ever go for this hotel as it is the worst.

Despite having selected early check-in, they are asking money illegally and threatening us to kick out of the hotel. Their behaviour changes after receiving money. They are very rude and very unprofessional, and gang-up with locals. Not safe for girls, they give a creepy vibe, and bad looks. We are waiting here for 7 hours+ and still no room is provided.

Can unmarried couple allow to stay there?
