Hotel Neelkamal

It's been a great hotel, affordable price, nice room , and a friendly support team. Overall good budget friendly rooms available, if coming in Anand this can be a place you can look for. The bus station is 1.5 km and the railway station is approximately 2-3 km.

The rooms were new and clean. Everything electricals switches were controlled from their admin. All AC, electric geyser, switch board were off. We had to ask them individually to switch on that. They provided only 1 towel for 4 of them. Plumbing work inside bathroom is not good, taps are leaking. But overall manageable for one night. They charged 1600 per night.

Didn't get the room that I booked. Hotel entrance, elevator, and building are super dirty and smell bad. Staff didn't lower the price for the degraded room. The room inside was dirty, and no ventilation.

Hotel is good. Service is not upto the mark. The most bad part is hotel was booked with breakfast, but they charged for drinking tea saying hum chai free main denge to hume milega kya.. worst ever.

Courteous staff.. we checked in at 4:30 am.. Cooperated with us in giving the room at the earliest without any hindrance..
