We booked 7 rooms, with 6 Feb checking in and 7 Feb checking out. Unfortunately, two rooms had bathroom lock issues. Despite raising the complaint, the issue was not resolved. The hotel attempted repairs, but when we returned after 10 PM, the problem persisted. They explained the lock set could not be replaced due to unavailability in the local market, but no alternative solutions or prompt actions were offered. Disappointing service overall."
