Hotel Lotus

Initially, I entered room and it was completely packed, that means no window at all. I have requested to change the room and person who was seated at reception gladly show me other rooms and he assigned me new room with window. I really appreciate for adjustment. Regarding, room I would say a bit improvement is needed, for example, there was no hand wash and no cleaning service every day by default. If you want your room to be cleaned then you may need to ask. Also, bathing towels were not that great, they had many dirty spots, I requested to change but replacement towel was also not good.

Stayed 1 night, and this seems to be one of the best hotels in Anand. Staff behavior is awesome, and the traditional gujrati food at ground floor fills the experience. Room was hygienic and service is great.
