HOTEL LAKSH RESIDENCY

Nice hotel in Anand and very good, cleaning and morning, breakfast is very, very good. Reception stop is very nice. New management. Rahul Patel is very good. Person and full support guest.

Overall very bad experience.No facility in room.Staff rude behaviour also. They are talking rudely. Room tv cable box missing when I was asking staff to install it they are giving a rude answer.

We stayed here once years ago but the place has since become a bit "tired". It is clean enough and okay in a pinch, and not expensive, but would probably not stay here again unless no other choice. The hot water was sporadic (this was in winter), the toilet paper had about 6 sheets per roll, and there was no one available to get more. Stayed with my hubby but not sure I would stay as a woman traveling alone. Restaurant seems a bit better than it used to be.

04-05 October, 2016.|For an official visit to the small town of Vallabh Vidyanagar, I|was put up at the impressive 3-star hotel, Laksh Residency, which|is located in Anand, just at the T-junction from which a road|goes on straight to Vallabh Vidyanagar. The hotel is located on|the higher floors of a large building. I was assigned room 2.203.|The numbering scheme was quite interesing!|The room was neat and clean, and well-maintained.||There is complementary WiFi, but the signal strength in my room|was a bit sparse, and intermittent. The dining room was under|renovation, so the morning's breakfast was to be made available|in the room itself. I did not wake up in time for breakfast, and|checked out around 9am itself.

Very bad attitude, asking 1800 for extramly dirty rooms, bed sheets are like dog bed .bathroom has hair and yellow urine stains..don't know his manager or owner on front desk said if you don't like you can find somewhere else..[ of course will find better] but you lose your business with this kind of bad customer service [ they don't know how to talk to customers, if you are NRI please avoid this place] is junk

Where do I start. Yes the rooms are clean. But that's about it. ||We had issues with the management and staff from the start... It's obvious this hotel is only used for couples from india who want to do their dirty business hence the behaviour of the staff.... And the way they act... Ie. Even on check out I wanted to put the luggage away in the car as we had 10 suitcases all together and the receptionist grabbed my rack sack and would let it go as if I would run of with out paying... Stayed in many hotels across the world.... But this silly 3* isn't worth even 2*.

We stayed here for 3 days, 3 nights and had a good experience. You will not be pampered, but you will have what you need, you will be comfortable, and the staff there are always willing to help out when you need something. I would definitely return here again in the future.

Dirty room and washrooms and drainage dirty smell spread in all room. rudely behavior receptionist. Never to suggested any one this 1500Rs. totally waste ur money.
