Infrastructure of the hotel is wonderful, view from my room was nice. I got room service from the staff, the staff of housekeeping was sincere in their work provided whatever i needed. Tue room was neat and clean. Service of the hotel is great. And the coffee of the hotel is fantastic. I've heard about the cafe from a friend so i tried it and it was wonderful. I've also seen indian cricketer visiting tue hotel and overall it was a wonderful experience.

Review for The Sweet Spot Cafe This is one of the worst experience we had they are very rude at order counter. Tables are not properly cleaned. When i had said about cleaning he given me 2 min. Time for cleaning but i waited for more than 10 min..... very bad communication skill of One Very Younger order desk boy. Not proper cooling at seating area and highly disturbed by their Ice cream refrigerator's sound. I had visited this cafe so many times since 2023 but from last couple of months (after their some new staff) their rude behaviour have over shadowed the charm of hotel. I said sorry to my closest friends who came with me n got very very worst experience bcoz of mine choice of this cafe. Now i want to give ZERO STAR

Most reviews are fake, this is not a high class hotel, rooms were pathetic, sofa chair tables towels and bedsheets had stains everywhere, it smelled bad, shower had no pressure, AC kind of didn't work and was controlled from their centralized system, they would spray room freshner on the glasses and coffee cups provided. Bathroom lock didn't work, bathroom had no ventilation or ventilator fan, instead a plastic rug was stuffed in the cavity. Breakfast was SUPER-bad and very limited, small cupcakes ware stale and bread was old. 1st floor restaurant served the worst food possible, chewy and rubbery kebabs were served, when asked they said that this is normal because it's a frozen meat. if you made a mistake of booking here, do not eat here and waste your money, there are beautiful food places around in the area: Mirch masala is nice for non veg eaters, Divine Dining hall 2 for vegetarian thali eaters, Rutu and Sarvodaya for ice creams, Kirtiraaj for nasta shopping For stay: better options are Hotel Arizona and Madhuban resort

Our stay over multiple nights was quite disappointing. While the rooms may suit a business traveler seeking a basic space, several issues significantly impacted our experience. The hot water supply was unreliable, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. Noise was another major concern, as the hotel hallways carried loud conversations throughout the night, disrupting sleep. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with the team failing to clean the room thoroughly. The restaurant was another letdown. Though the menu offered a simple selection, the food quality left much to be desired, and the service was underwhelming. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend it for those seeking a relaxing or well-maintained stay.

One of the ideal and best hotels un Anand. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. Always ready to help. Front desk staff are very friendly. Beds are comfortable and AC rooms are perfect for NRI's. If you have any issues or requests Hotel H staff will go out of way to help.

It's a great place but its cafeteria has limited dishes and they are not very professional according to the property but the food they serve is very tasty so full stars

We have been staying at Hotel H every time we visit Anand since 2018 and as always our stay is perfect The staff are great and can't do enough for you. We location is perfect. Step out and everything you need is on the doorstep The coffee shop improvements are excellent and the choice of food is very good Looking forward to returning to Hotel H next year A BIG THUMPS UP TO THE ENTIRE TEAM
