Hotel Arizona Inn

I had a fantastic stay at Arizona Inn. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space to relax after a long day. The hotel's location is perfect--conveniently next to mall with many foods and shopping option. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness and hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Arizona to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and hospitable place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

We stayed there for 2 weeks and received exceptional service from the staff, they were all so welcoming and kind on every day of our stay. They responded quick to any queries/ requests we had. The staff's service was exceptional!! The hotel is situated in a very good place as there is a big mall next to it with many food options and many shops. The breakfast was also very good with options like masala dosa, dhokra, aloo paratha etc. We stayed in a suite which was quite spacious.

We have stayed at Arizona on our every trip to Anand. This one being our 3rd. The hotel is reasonably priced, It's in a great location and the food is delicious. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and pleasant. The management, excellent. I seriously cannot fault this hotel as it does not have any faults. I went to restaurants as I have read google reviews good on my brother's birthday however want I have read and what I had experienced is totally opposite. Food price is high and service is bad. They served all cold food and when we asked for replacement they gave same food and just make it hot and some food they have served as before cold. They charged full amount and tax but service and food is totally bad.

I had a very disappointing experience at Arizona. We were shocked when they outright denied us chutney, something that's usually a basic part of the meal. The staff was uncooperative and dismissive when we asked, and it really ruined the entire dining experience. A place that skimps on service and refuses simple requests like chutney doesn't deserve repeat customers. Definitely not going back.

We paid little high i believe according to the city. But it was almost middle of the night . Rooms were not cleaned , we asked housekeeping to clean the room at 11pm . Bathrooms are not cleaned either. Parking facility was good .

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly through all the days of our stay. They provided exceptional service and responded quickly to any request we had. Breakfast was also very good with options like masala dosa, bread pakora, aloo paratha etc and there was a range of food for room service. The hotel is situated in a perfect location as there is a mall next door with many shops including a wide range of restaurants like Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Starbucks etc.

Very small shampoo bottles. Room not hygienic enough. Food is great. Quantity is great. Service is good. The management need to take care of small tiny insects in the room. Shower heads and soap try definitely will need a replacement. Location is awesome, just next to the mall.
