Wash rooms are not good , remaining ok .In my room Flush not working, I did not expect this from Oyo... But manager and remaining service people are good .No rude talk . If you want to stay , it depends whether you can adjust or not...

A beautiful room with good quality furniture and warm environment was given to us post a hassle free check-in. I enjoyed during my atay in this hotel. Soft spoken staff was great to interact with. Hotel was well maintained and properly clean too.

Had booked 4 nights stay thru Oyo and paid online. However when we reached , the hotel manager refused to acknowledge the Oyo booking. On complaining to Oyo, we came to know that even on Oyo call centre they are conning people. They had booked our stay from the morning of the day when we called at 11pm night . So citing this this reasone, the Oyo call centre guy told us that since we dint report for check-in on the date , booking has been cancelled. However they wer thankfully ready to refund the amount, though they did cut 700-800 rupees for their fault. On enquiring with the hotel manager regarding availability of rooms, he said rooms were available but not through Oyo. So we agreed to that otherwise we wud have to go hunting for hotels in an unknown City. Entry was made in hotel register but no bill was provided. Room was basic. Two 500ml water bottles were provided wen we checked in on asking. All other days we bought bottles from outside. Towels were provided. Basic cleanliness was there, though regular room cleaning was not done.

Very Bad Experience got with OYO. Oyo call center book hotel at less price and when we reach there in to Hotel. Hotel Manager charge very high amount. And this happened twice in a week with me. I will never book any hotel with OYO from nowonwards.

I told staff that they should mask the first eight digits of adhar card but the staff rudely said that he wont allow to checkin. It was very rude. I showed him the goverment notification the next day but they are continuiing with illegal policies. No Toiletries provided. Lamp not in working condition and bedsheet was torn. Worst experience

I've been here two times between the time span of 5 months(in Feb 2021 & Aug 2021) Worst experience I had till time 1) Oyo partnership- If you booked room here through Oyo you are supposed to pay less right...? It's different here the owner asks you to not book a room through Oyo and tells you that you have to pay extra if you'r booking through an Oyo app 2) Then he disagrees to pay bill or you will end up paying more if you want a bill 3) cleanliness- If your paying- Rs700-1000 range then atleast you could expect cleanliness....oh wait not here... it's complete mess here...just checked there sheets they have stains and they smelled really bad ...so if you're going to stay here which is going to be worst experience of your life ... make sure to cross-check ...and don't be scared if you found lizards running on all of your stuff 4) Staff behavior- They are not educated even the receptionist will take Rs500 for late check-out if you are late for just 10mins...and if you do early check-in the price goes up to the Rs800. 5) No room service provided .... there is still construction running around .... broken furniture.... broken valves....no shampoo/conditioner ...no handwash/ sanitizer... nothing works in bathroom....not even a hot water.... 6) There are many much better options available in nearby area ...it was the worst experience till time... 7) As a teenagers we need a WiFi to post this review but ohh we need turn on our mobile data on as there was not even a WiFi working in the hotel...

Great experience to stay here Staff was very supportive & helpfull Hotel are very good for business person Have stay here for 4 days It was fabulous experience here Rooms are also neat neat & clean Thanks to hotelier for good stay.

Unsatisfied...aapko extra charges krne hi the to fir oyo app pe low price kyun show krte ho? Oyo me low price dikhake check in time jyada paise lete ho... Service unsatisfied..wifi not connected full day.. very bad experience...
