Fraud .....cheater...................Dt. 24.11.23 Manager of Hotel Fun Point Anand demanded Rs.2000, when I told him that I have already paid Rs.1488 in OYO app, then the manager made a new excuse that I have no room, which means cheating by the hotel. even though the booking money is paid online, more money is demanded. After that I looked at the reviews of the hotel and found out that this has happened to customers before. I have cancelled this fraud property.

Completely a fraud Hotel and a fraud Hotel Manager. Booked this order through OYO. Manager declined to provide the room. When submitted the complaint to OYO Team, they contacted the manager and then manager agreed to provide the room. After the call was ended, this manager again declined to give the room. Finally, contacted the Oyo team again and when they tried to reach out to the Manager, he ignored all the calls. He told me that he don't have rooms available but I could see clearly that he was taking new bookings and giving rooms to people on higher charges.
