Stayed for two days and had one of the best experiences of my life! The resort's location, nestled close to nature, truly captures the essence of the destination. The pristine climate, serene surroundings, and above all, the mesmerizing flavors of the food made it unforgettable. A special mention to Khan Bhai and his team for their unmatched hospitality, which turned this trip into absolute perfection. If you're planning a visit to Gir, skipping Gir Treat would be a mistake. Highly recommended!

It is really a best time to be with nature. Surrounded by small mountains and in between little deep valley. Nature, wind and utmost careful hospitality with "your choice" food is the key to unlock door of happiness. I came first time. But I luv to be here again.

My trip to Gir Resort was amazing. The resort, the food and the hospitality was brilliant. I would definitely visit again soon. This location is great for an escapism from the outside world and for the ultimate relaxation holiday. Also seeing the lions was out of this world experience which is a once in a lifetime experience. The cottages are of excellent standard with hot water facilities and air conditioning. The food was very delicious and the resort caters off your every needs upon request.

Most people wanting to see the ellusive Asiatic lions of India in their last refuge head up to the Sasan Gir National Park in North Western Gujurat state. From there daily tours take people out hoping to spot these rarest of creatures - usually with limited success.||||We were lucky enough to stay on the Eastern side of the park away from the main tourist hub at the wonderful Gir Retreat. The collection of 5 - 6 bungalows were all comfortable and clean but it was the friendliness of the staff, including camp manager Mr Khan, that really gave the place its value. Consequently, the food and conversation each evening around the communal eating area were always excellent.||||However, Gir Retreat's real ace is its position away from the main centres of population in the area. Because of this we were able to track and successfully sight prides of lions on every day of our five day trip as well as hearing their roars every night from camp. An unforgettable experience.

This was a pretty place to live which is really very close to nature! Food served was quite tasty but it was mainly Gujarati! Staff was quite welcoming and hospitable! Overall a decent experience! Children will enjoy

Must visiting place on tour of Saurashtra it is located near Dhari village and Ambardi safari park, a beautiful resort which is properly maintained and have good amenities, they serves Kathiyavadi food is very appreciative for its taste and hygiene and they also serves barbecue with camp fire.

We have stayed for two day on Diwali 2017, Good experience,great food,fun for children, close to nature, staff was good and polite test Gujarati food instead to other and it best to book all cottage with family friends
