I recently stayed at Hotel Best, and it truly exceeded my expectations in both hospitality and atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was incredibly friendly, offering local tips and making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was equally impressive. The design was modern yet inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Whether it was the cozy lobby with its soft lighting or the peaceful ambiance in the rooms, everything about the hotel felt curated to create a relaxing and welcoming environment. The soft music playing in the background, the carefully chosen decor, and the overall cleanliness made every corner of the hotel feel like a serene retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was the genuine hospitality. Staff members were consistently going out of their way to ensure my comfort, from offering a personalized welcome note in my room to quickly accommodating any special requests. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority at this hotel. Whether I was enjoying the hotel's welcoming vibe was always present, making each moment enjoyable. I can confidently say that Hotel Best offers an exceptional combination of impeccable service and a delightful atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind and feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another peaceful, memorable stay.

I would not recommend this property, especially for families. The hygiene standards are poor, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the security is a major concern--rooms have direct access from the ground floor or basement without requiring guests to pass through the reception. This means anyone can enter the rooms at night, posing a serious safety risk. Avoid this property if you prioritize cleanliness and security.

I've not had the opportunity to stay however, I would like to appreciate the kindness of Mr. Aneel. He has been prompt in resolving the queries and helping with complete information. Moreover, he has been super true about the availability of restaurants around and how the hotel is constantly improving. I believe it is always a good idea to stay at a hotel where people are willing to understand people. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking but I can not stop applauding for the quick assistance and understanding by him. Must visit because if the hotel cares for you over the call, you are sure to have a great stay with such a great hotel staff and management.

The fifth star in the rating belongs to the hotel owner's hospitality and promptness! He was so welcoming and was willing to help us out with our specialised requests for special cooking and travel arrangements. A must stay for anyone coming to ambaji!

Pros. Great location in Ambaji near walking distance to all the great restaurants and temple. Definitely would have given 5 star if there was better hospitality. Cons. Absolutely no hot water in all rooms only less then 2 litre and then have to wait for 10 mins to become hot which is very inconvenient when the temperature outside is in the teens and having to wait while you shower. According to the front desk we were advised that water is cold that's why it gets cold faster which really doesn't make any sense and it was expected to have been normal. Room was also was considered as a Deluxe room with "BATHTUB" with only less then 2 litre hot water available to fill up and bathe. In room hot water kettle was provided but no mugs or cups or instant packets of tea/coffee was available. When asked about instant packets we were advised to order it from the restaurant. Lots of dust and debris all over the corridor and room furniture in the room. Need a lots of attention to cleaning and maintenance. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel Kardhar INN was one of the best stays that I have had in Ambaji, Gujarat. The deluxe rooms with balcony were big and were neat and clean. They had a great view from balcony and were equipped with all the necessary amenities. Service was top notch and location was convenient to Ambaji temple and good restaurants near by. Special thanks to Mr. Anil who was a wonderful host and very professional. He was very accommodating with our request for early check-in. When I travel to Ambaji Kardhar INN is going to be my goto hotel to stay for sure. Thank you!
