Every department contributed making our experience memorable. The restaurant staff especially miss Gita, went above and beyond to ensure our dinning experience perfect. She took personal care guiding us through menu highlighting all allergens... Overall ikkat cafe offers not just great food, but a good dinning experience.. Good care from Chinmay..

A big shout out to the team !! We had booked welcome by ITC hotel for my sister's wedding in April. We were initially skeptical regarding how this team of welcome hotel will handle our event as it was a 3 day event with booking of 60 rooms. But to our surprise they not only met our expectations but did everything possible to make this event successful. Though we had little hiccups during our meetings before events and on 1st day of check in but the team rose up and did amazingly well to meet our every small and big requirements. I would personally like to thank GM sir for your personal involvement in every event, which is commendable. A big shout to the team of welcome hotel by ITC - Ankita ma'am, Mr. Shovik, chef Tushar , Mr. Santosh ,Mr. Mustafa, Mr. Paresh , Deepshikha, Mr. Alok, Nikita , Nisha. If I am missed anybody's name, kindly excuse. But a heartfelt thank you to each and everyone of you for supporting us and standing with us for making this event a grand success. Chef Tushar -Not just us / my 6 year old son but every guest has personally told me that they liked all the meals that was served in every event.Mr. Santosh and Mr. Paresh thank you for treating this event as your own family event and helping us. We had a wonderful stay at welcome hotel as a group of20 and our experience was truly memorable. The hospitality, comfort, and service provided was exceptional. A special mention goes to ikkat cafe restaurant, where the food and ambience were outstanding. We would especially like to appreciate miss gita from the torrent group for her warm hospitality...

Comfortable Stay with Minor Improvements Needed **Rating: (4/5)** Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. **Check-in & Staff:** The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. **Room:** Spacious and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. However, the bathroom fixtures and adjoining wall showed signs of water seepage, which caused a slight damp smell at first, but it settled down over time. **Housekeeping:** Very good overall, though some improvements in the basic upkeep of the property would help, considering it is an older establishment. **Amenities:** Perfect--everything was in place and well-maintained. **In-Room Dining & Food:** The food quality was very good, and the in-room dining service was excellent. Some newer staff could benefit from additional training, but the portion sizes and quality were well-maintained. The buffet breakfast was great value for money and tasted even better than expected. **Check-Out Experience:** Smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service. A little attention to maintenance and staff training would make it even better!

The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully appointed, and I especially loved the window seat bed - it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The overall environment was fantastic, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a very make do energy about many things. Not what one expects from a 5 star hotel. Some good things were that we got an early check in, no hassle. Also got breakfast packed for our early train. The service takes hours, we waited about 40mins to get our luggage into room. Each time being told it is just arriving, usual appeasing technique with no action. Till we went down to fetch it ourselves finding it just lined up and waiting. Same was the case for other services requested. Lunch experience at the dining restaurant also had a make do energy, not being served for hours no napkins cloth or paper till we asked repeatedly. Spoons were missing. Coffee brewing machine stopped working by second day, waiter tried to convince that Nescafe powder is just as good than figuring the machine out or use the other machine on campus - not again what one expects from a so called 5 star nog even from a 4 star. . Extra Bed triggered my dust allergy at night. The basic structure was not dusted. It's not that they don't try, but trying is very much in a make do energy, which might make the hotel a 3 star. And the deluxe rooms have an open bathroom plan bathtub and basin are doorless! Rooms are not really suitable for families - it's not mentioned anywhere on the website.

I had the pleasure to stay at Welcome ITC for last month and half during my visit to India, one of the best experiences of my life!! From Manager, to front dest to the dinning room the staff made me feel at home!! My riverfront facing room gave an extra charm!! I have to really give lot of credit to the dinning staff as I got sick after short visit out of town, they even took extra care of me, it was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel for its caring staff!! If I can would give them 10 !! Want to thank you for making my stay so memorable and welcoming!! It was my home away from home!! Thank you!

We had gone here twice, once i went to attend the event for the Pacific holidays and at other time i went for Polycab product launch where they had called all distributors to their banquet and this was the time when the cold play concert was in place but we managed to book this hotel and banquet for our event, the rooms were very good and our leaders found the rooms as cozy and comfortable, coming to the food and service it was a good experience as the service was very well, all employees and distributors liked the hospitality and food management as the food was hot. The starter was served during the event and later on the main course the food quality was also good. The hotel location is good however you may always face traffic jams at the nearby circle The parking,basement and other parts of the hotel require a new look and maintenance as it felt substandard. Overall a very positive and hospitable place
