Treebo Hotel Paradise Near Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad

Rooms were clean but very old type. Bathrooms are big with slippery tiles. Needs to be very careful. To get hot water need to waste lots of water after that sometime you get hot water and sometimes you will not. Breakfast was good. No parking option. It is on first floor. Old type lift is available. Not value for money.

We were planning a trip to Ahmedabad to see Coldplay at Narendra Modi Stadium and were looking for a hotel nearby. We decided to call this hotel to check on room availability. Frankly, we're now considering sleeping on the sidewalk because that experience would probably be better than dealing with this hotel's staff.|From the moment the receptionist answered, the call was a disaster. His tone was incredibly rude and impatient. When we simply asked if they had rooms available for the dates of the Coldplay concert, he scoffed and said, "If you see there are rooms online, book it don't waste my time"|Okay, fair enough, maybe they were full. But his response quickly escalated from rude to outright offensive. When I politely inquired about a possible waitlist, he let loose with a string of profanity that would make a sailor blush. Seriously, I haven't heard language like that since... well, never. He basically told us to go and book it online if it is available sarcastically and then hung up on us.|I was absolutely stunned. I understand that hotels get busy during major events, but there is absolutely NO excuse for speaking to potential customers in such a vulgar and unprofessional manner. This receptionist's behavior was beyond unacceptable, and it completely ruined our excitement for our upcoming trip.|We were hoping for a "Paradise" of a hotel experience, but this was more like a "Trouble" in the making. Avoid Treebo Hotel Paradise at all costs unless you enjoy being verbally abused. We wouldn't recommend this place to our worst enemies. Thanks to this experience, we're going to need to "Fix You" to repair our mood. This hotel is located nearby Sabarmati Ashram. Rooms are of moderate size, basic but neat and clean. The breakfast served was tasty. Only disadvantage is, they don't have parking and you need to park vehicle on the street.

This is a very old building, old furniture, old bathroom, old manual lift, everything is old. Breakfast is given on the 5th floor limited but food quality was fine. I do not know how this hotel has 4 rating. Only good thing is the room service guy is pleasant. Do not recommend if anything more than a night sleep there.

An average place located on street inundated with car repair shops.Kind of an isolated stretch.The hotel is housed on the 3rd floor of a Commercial building, with no one to guide you to the entry nor reception.Old creeky elevator,lands you on the third floor, without any basic hospitality greetings. The staff merely leads you to your room without any information, talk.Room was smelling of excessive Pest Control and naphthalene balls.Breakfast options are just poha/ Upma, Poori Sabzi and bread Butter,Eggs are available when inquired only ,that too served after the entire breakfast is done.Better hotel options are available at this price in good location in Ahmedabad

The hotel is GREAT, the staff is so supportive and friendly , the room service is fast and the breakfast is really tasty , the rooms are spacious and have very good hygiene, the location is also good because law garden is just close to it. I booked the deluxe one and it was really spacious

The location of the hotel is quite good. The rooms are ok but value for the money. All equipment in the room was in working condition. The buffet breakfast was quite ordinary with two hot items to choose from, but that was also fine. What was not fine is the service at breakfast. There was this one person standing behind the counter looking into the phone all the while like he couldn't care less. He was not bothered to ask what the guests needed nor willing to assist. The only thing he asked was your room number. Wonder why he is even placed there.
