Townhouse 190 Rajyash Rise

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room through OYO for 1390, but when I reached the hotel, they refused to check me in, saying they don't allow OYO bookings under 1500. I was forced to pay an extra 400 on the spot, even though I had already paid 1800 total. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. OYO should take strict action against such hotels. The customer experience was terrible and I am not satisfied at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Well Over All Service Is Good! Including staff behaviour and rooms all thing is smooth,near and clean! Don't see other! Review go talk and see at your own you can check rooms before booking! So go! Room are as it is like shown in pictures! The price of room is worthy for this kind of neat and classy feel! Lift! Underground parking at rajyash! Restaurant like if you are travelling and want to stay in this location withing 10k.m this is top best hotel! Btw room have nice view! From top! And no noise of any traffic! Bcoz it's 9th floor!

Do not try booking here. Don't even try if you care about your money and time. There are many other hotels. Don't take the risk trust me. They have 2 names 'Rajyash Rise' and 'Sunflare hotel', they will blame booking.com saying they are accepting bookings without the hotel's knowledge. But they don't try to remove the listing. Have never gotten an experience like this before, first time I have faced this. I too previously thought that maybe I won't face this experience if I book through a website like booking.com

Really greedy people here, the manager is fine but the owners. After the manager offered me a room for 2500 and the owners not sure who but he hiked the price in a second to 7k. Right in front of me after the initial offering. The hotel is not 7k worthy.

AS ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL AS SEEN. IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW THEN THEY CANNOT DESERVE IT. BAD STAFF EVER IF YOU BOOK ONLINE, THEN AT THE TIME OF CHECKING AT THE COUNTER PERSON CHARGES YOU EXTRA 300 RUPEES THEN YOU BOKKIN

Beautiful property & big size rooms in very affordable price . Staff also very helpful & supportive. Inhouse restaurant also there & food was amazing. ( veg & nonveg ) both available. Just below the hotel , mukata cinema is there & super market also there . I love the property & highly recommend.

The place is not stayable. It urgently requires maintenance on its furniture's and fixtures. The place is infested with mosquitoes and the hotel does not provide mosquito repellent. The walls are thin and you can actually hear people snoring in other rooms. To top all this the staff has their meetings on the floor with mics and speakers which I had to request them to stop at 2 am. The sounds of the traffic make you feel as if you are sleeping on the road. The AC kept dripping water and I had to ask for a bucket to collect the water. Stay here only if you have no plans to have a peaceful sleep at night
