Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended! A big thank you to Ms. Geetanjali Kanvar, Front Office Officer, for her warm welcome and professional approach right from the moment I arrived. She made the check-in process smooth and comfortable, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The luggage handling was quick and efficient, and the service throughout my stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. All the staff, especially the front office team, were courteous and always ready to help. Their friendly behavior truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant experience!

Worst ever experience. Someone purchased an old hotel. Washrooms are dirty And false ceiling waters drippin. No extension for room service. No AC remote. Bed blankets everything is old. No kitchen. Seems they serve street side food in plates. The reviews they have seems paid one. They won't refund also if by mistake you booked for more than one day.

"Do not recommend this" We were taken aback when we arrived at this property. The lighting was inadequate, and the walls and furniture were in poor condition, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Upon entering our room, we were met with an unpleasant smell, which prompted us to leave immediately. Without hesitation, we booked a stay at Whyandam Sheela instead, even though we had made an advance reservation. I strongly advise against booking this property. The photos are misleading and do not accurately reflect the reality of the place, which feels completely abandoned.

Do not trust 4+ star reviews. They are all fake. We were shocked to see the condition of this hotel. As we had already paid 38k in advance, we had no choice. This place looked shady and scary. This property has been sold 3 times. It is still under renovation. Nothing was working - AC, toilet flush, room lights, intercom. Hotel corridors were full of trash. Restaurant was not functional. Wifi was not functional. TV was not functional. Front desk staff was non-responsive. Even for water bottles, one had to wait for hours, and we never got tea that we ordered once. There was no housekeeping, no toiletries in bathroom. Floor was broken. Basically, this hotel was not ready for guests. They just made a fool of desperate people during Coldplay Concert. It is not even worth Rs 1400, but they charged Rs 13,000 per night between 24-26 Jan.

Rooms are very clean ,house keeping & staff service is good, only the thing is intetcom facility is not available & whenever we need to approach the service staff then we need to call them by our cell . Thanks Pramit Shah
