Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently stayed at The Fern Residency in Ahmedabad for two weeks for my joining training with HDFC Bank, honestly it felt like a little pocket of calm in the middle of the city. The room was super cozy clean, well-lit, and had this peaceful vibe that made it easy to just unwind.||The staff was really sweet and attentive -- always smiling and ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the food so flavory and fresh! I ended up looking forward to breakfast every morning.||Location-wise, it's pretty convenient if you're planning to get around the city. And even though it's centrally located, it didn't feel noisy or chaotic at all.||Thank You Ms. Khushi, Mr. Suresh Kaka, Mr. Larry, Mr, Shezad & Mr. Pappu and all the support staff from front office, kitchen, housekeeping. room services. ||All in all, it was a really pleasant experience. I recently stayed at The Fern Residency in Ahmedabad, located near Subhash Bridge, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Their in-house restaurant, The Gourmet, served a good variety of dishes. The Fern Residency is a solid mid-range option in Ahmedabad, perfect for business trips or short stays.

The hotel was so beautiful and good and the staff was incredibly and helpful.we had a wonderful stay at this hotel it was clean and in a great. Location and well maintained and specially thankful to ur receptionist miss konika because she did a great job and her behaviour thankiss fern and their staff

The hotel lobby, dinning and service is excellent but rooms are old and outdated. Rooms seem to have been updated but not recently. The rooms really need some work. Buffet breakfast was tasty, had lots of choices and totally worth it.

The staff is very courteous. Whenever a flaw was pointed out, they did rectify it. The point is that there were always flaws that needed to be pointed out. I was there for 2 nights and it was not such a pleasant stay. 1: Upon arrival, I had to request thrice for my luggage to be sent to my room. 2: The Duvet for the extra bed was torn. 3: The Mug placed in the room was cracked. 4: Another mug was not washed. 5: The bedding had a weird smell and had to request that it be changed. Small things either make a hotel stay pleasant or a frustration. Mine was definitely not pleasant.
