I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Hotel Town House in Prahladnagar. The condition of the hotel was absolutely appalling. Cockroaches were seen in the rooms, and the premises were littered with cigarettes, condoms, and spitting from pan masala. Despite this, both Agoda and OYO have refused to issue a refund, and the hotel owner has been unresponsive. This property does not match the descriptions or photos provided on these platforms. As a business that promotes such hotels, I urge you to personally inspect the properties before approving them as registered clients. The current situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I expect immediate action regarding this matter.

Looking for the worst place to stay In Ahmedabad, then this is your place to go!!! Worst arrangement, worst rooms, worst services !!!! Shame on OYO for collaborating with such units. Also, they are cheaters charging twice the amount saying system is showing it and it changed within 5 mins while we were confirming your booking. Don't even feel like sharing detailed review as I just saw the other reviews and observed that they don't seem to care for customers. Our mistake we selected this one.

This hotel exhibits significant deterioration, with outdated and unclean rooms and bathrooms. Upon entry, a noticeable musty odor is present. The faded wallpaper and worn carpeting indicate a prolonged lack of maintenance. In-room furnishings are antiquated and stained, further contributing to the overall state of disrepair. Similarly neglected, the bathroom features damaged tiling and corroded fixtures. Substantial renovations are required to bring the hotel to an acceptable standard. Budget accommodations may be available.

This hotel is horrible. The staff is rude. Rooms are dirty. The sheets are not changed even after being asked. (If you don't have staff at least be polite in saying that our staff is on leave. Don't rudely yell that "Staff nahi hai". As a hotel you are in a service industry. You sell services. Not empty rooms.) They didn't even provide plates and spoons for food by saying we only have staff plates. If you want water or towels they call you to reception to collect. You come down two floors to collect water or towels. Tall Lady at the reception has a stinky attitude. Ridiculous attitude and third class service. You can sleep in your car the entire night or on road Instead of booking this hotel. This is hell. I got skin rashes because of unchanged old sheets and got cough due to dust. I never had such a bad experience ever in any hotel.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We were about to arrive Ahmedabad after a long and exhausting journey from Mumbai, only to be rudely denied check-in despite having a confirmed booking. The staff was not just unhelpful but downright arrogant, refusing to provide any reasonable explanation. Called them a day before where they confirmed our stay and on day of arrival spoke with them on phone, showed them our reservation details, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept passing the blame, acting as if it was our fault. No apology, no assistance. Even worse, they left us stranded with no alternative arrangements. After hours of frustration, we had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, costing us extra money and ruining the start of our trip. This is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable hotel and booking company i.e OYO I've ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else--this place is a disaster! This place is a "SCAM". I booked the hotel months in advance and even paid the deposit. However, on the day of check-in, they denied us a room, claiming they were sold out. The hotel staff were extremely rude and acted as if it wasn't their fault. We were left stranded in an unknown city with no compensation. Despite booking through the OYO website, their customer service refused to relocate us for the denied service. Please stay away from these scammers. They are incapable of running a hotel, and OYO should be ashamed of owning such a property. Pathetic!!!!

I don't know how OYO is showing this as the best hotel even though this is the worst one. no geyser, no tv, no wifi, no dth, no kitchen, no table, no chais, no bathroom basket, no mug.... Means and oyo showing it as it has everything, also when you visit this they took so long time to check-in also the the staff is also not responsible, they means seriously zero for service, and the bad thing they didn't have window lock and window is accessible means whoever staying near your room can come through window because behind the window they have walking area
