SilverCloud Hotel & Banquets

I stayed at Hotel Silver Cloud for a week during my business trip, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff is very polite and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The food is excellent, with a variety of options available. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The only minor downside was that the bathrooms were a bit small compared to the room size, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Definitely worth a visit!

I wish i had 0 star review option. I had booked a stay at this hotel well in advance, only to receive a last-minute cancellation with a flimsy excuse of "no rooms available." This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If the hotel had overbooked or mismanaged their reservations, they should have informed me earlier instead of leaving me stranded just before my arrival. Such behavior reflects poor management and a lack of responsibility toward customers. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you value reliability and professionalism. A truly disappointing experience!

We had our son's first bday on 29th of March. We opted terrace garden for celebration (for 275 guests). It was a great experience in all the terms. Their planning, decorating team etc. are absolutely fantastic. Everything ran smoothly throughout the function. Food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed all the arrangements and food. Would like to thanks Ms.Sangeeta, Ms.Krishma and all the supporting staff members. It was extremely a great experience.

On 7th February, I organized a wedding event in Silver Cloud. In the beginning, he talked to me very nicely for booking the hotel, his behavior was good. In the end, the experience was so pathetic on the day of the function, there was no staff service, the manager here was not answering, meaning there is no responsibility here after the advance payment is completed, so before organizing any function, please clear all the things... pathetic experience...thank u

If Google allowed zero stars, I would give this hotel that rating because it doesn't even deserve one star. I visited this place on 27-01-2025 for an official purpose and had an extremely frustrating experience. My flight was at 6 a.m., and after a long journey, I decided to book a room to rest. When I reached the reception, they initially denied having any available rooms. Then, they quoted a tariff of 4800+taxes, which was almost double the price listed online (2800 including taxes). Sitting at their reception, I booked a room online through Goibibo for 2819, saving myself from being overcharged. Even after my online booking, I was made to wait for over 1.5 hours for check-in despite arriving after the check-in time (11 a.m.). Once I finally got to my room, the room key and lights were not working. Despite multiple calls to the reception, no action was taken for over 30 minutes. Frustrated, I contacted Goibibo customer care. Ironically, while I was on the call, the hotel staff finally sent someone to fix the issue. They changed the key, and only then did the lights and AC start working. This entire ordeal was unacceptable, and the service was pathetic. The reception staff's behavior, the unjustified pricing, the delays, and the lack of urgency in resolving issues made this one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I even recorded a video of the light issue as proof. I strongly advise against staying here. The hotel does not value its customers and is not worth the hassle. Not recommended at all!

We stayed at this hotel for our one day stay at Ahmedabad. We had arrived here early in the morning and the staff made sure to provide us the rooms as soon as we arrived. They took proper care of our father as he is a patient. The rooms are very beautiful with Sabarmati river view. The food served was excellent and we had a pleasant stay here.

Silver cloud is one of the best hotel I ever seen. Staff is very well trained & professional. I am very happy to visit again when ever I will come back to India and will recommend to my family & friends those are living outside India & in India as well. Very well appreciated.
