The staff was welcoming from the start, attentive throughout the meal, and quick to respond to our needs. Our server was polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure everything was just right.

The hotel and staff were really pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good but can certainly have a little more variety with regards to non veg breakfast options (the omelette I had was amazing) would have liked to have some hash browns and sausage but that's just personal preference. The view from the room was really nice.

I'm a person who frequently stays at this hotel, and while I've always had a good experience with the staff here, I feel it's important to highlight an ongoing issue with one individual -- Mr. Dhananjay Das, who handles the food and beverages at the buffet.On 14th May 2025, upon checkin late night , I had ordered a big bowl of Paneer Bhurjee via in-room dining and was served generously by the chef. The next day, I went to the buffet and requested the same dish. A smaller portion was given at first, which I was okay with, but when I politely asked for a little more (as I had received the night before), Mr. Dhananjay unnecessarily stepped in, interrupted the conversation with the chef, and very rudely claimed that I was exceeding the limit -- which was not true.Not only that, but he also told me not to eat from the container provided (which I had no issue with), and instead made a scene about how it "doesn't look good" and that he would give me a plate -- which felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. He continued to argue with me over something so small, making the whole experience very uncomfortable.Thankfully, Chef Deepak was understanding and polite, and provided the requested portion without hesitation. I've noticed that other staff members are always respectful and accommodating, but this isn't the first time I've had an issue with Mr. Dhananjay regarding food quantity and tone of communication.This kind of behavior makes guest feel unwelcome, especially when we're just trying to have a peaceful meal . I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because professionalism and basic respect should be consistent across the entire team.

Close to airport and railway station. Sea facing deluxe room is really spacious and beautiful. Tastefully furnished, the rooms are clean snd comfortable. Breakfast is fully vegetarian and a very good spread of dishes across all regions of India is available. Staff is polite and helpful. They have luggage storage facilities which we found very useful.

It was a fabulous experience here in this mesmerizing hotel. Thank you for helping us when we were facing some difficulties. And your punctuality in your service is truly commendable. And the most loving part of my whole day was the dinner in your restaurant. Thank you

The staff of the hotel are really very good and helpful. Behaviour is very nice . They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable. Food was really nice and homely . Special thanks to Mr. Dhananjay .

Really had a good experience I had stayed 4 months continuous good food, staff is very cooperative. The room are clean. Highly recommend and burget friendly.|The location is near to the ONGC and the river view from window is something i really enjoyed.
