Regenta Central Antarim Hotel

What I liked most of this place was its library theme, educationist themed restaurant and walls having heritage building wallpapers, floors remind you of values. In this age of gadget we are fast forgetting books. This place is also pet friendly, staff like Amiya was amicable and helpful. Food was good and sufficient in quantity.|Maybe they can think of increasing the number of books and add table lamps on the reading desk. I would definitely say it's a good place to stay with family and pets. We loved our stay.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff are all very accommodating. The higher floors have weaker wi fi and one of the managers, Amiya was able to move our room without issue. Bishal, he goes by B, has also been great. I see him every day when I go for the provided breakfast and all of the staff check on us. I ask lots of questions about the food since I don't know what a lot of it is but they are happy to explain. A great experience for great value.

Excellent service I had a fantastic experience at Regenta Central Antarim . The staff was welcoming and attentive, making my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and the bed was super cozy. The facilities are amazing rooms and property is well-maintained, and the food was delicious. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again!!

This hotel was quite well placed with a tea room and a variety of shops nearby. We found our room small and cluttered with unnecessary tables and a huge padded chair and stool which we immediately moved to corner out of the way. The bathroom was very small. There was no outlook, just very close building next door so we kept curtains closed. We found entryway very dark but I suppose it kept cool. The dining room which led off reception was also very dark, however the food was good and the staff very nice and friendly, especially the girls on reception who were so nice.

The room was a bit too small and congested for my liking. The easy chair was not at all comfortable. The mirror was placed at a corner, most inconvenient. The service staff in general were quite helpful. With some improvements, this place can be really attractive particularly because of the location.

Hotel is mixed bag. For us location was just apt as its very near to CEPT and PG accommodation. We stayed in Family room with 2 double beds. It's actually NOT double bed but 1.5 bed. Room size is almost same as double bedded room only. As two 1.5 beds have been adjusted, room is very crampy for 4 people. There is not enough space to keep luggage for 4. Cleaning of room was poor. Floor was full of dust. Bathroom was decent with all toiletries. Breakfast was very good with many options. Interior of Hotel was not to my taste and it felt dingy. Hotel staff is really helpful.

I had booked through corporate, charged heftily but on the day of checkout, even though I informed earlier that I would checkout at 12 as per their terms and conditions, hotel representative started knocking on my door from 09:30 hrs forcing me to checkout. This is unacceptable. Anybody trying to avail the hotel beware that you may be thrown out early. Reply to the owners reply: Your staff harassed me, made sure I left. Your front desk staff was smirking when I raised the issue. Didn't take it seriously until I escalated through our travel cell. Never once did your staff apologize, in stead was laughing on my face. So kindly, stop patronizing. Everybody should know how your staff are before booking as I think you do it intentionally to make the room available for next guest and earning money for early check in. Shame on you. Another opportunity? To be humiliated again? No sir/mam. Once is enough for me.

It's a small hotel, but a good place to stay. The staff were helpful, though I was taken aback when there was no bell boy to take up our luggage; the 2 girls at the desk did it. The food was good, and the restaurant had quotes of famous inventors on the walls that I liked very much.
