I had a great experience at Saffron restaurant. The food was delicious-well-prepared and full of flavor. What stood out even more was the exceptional service. Jennifer, in particular, did an outstanding job. She was attentive, polite, and handled every request with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail really made the meal more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The food provided in the Saffron hotel was exquisite and delicious. The Ceaser salad was fresh and the pasta was delectable. My server Jennifer was extremely humble and great with her services. I would recommend everyone to try out this hotel and would surely visit again.

Good Hotel to stay.. Best part the restaurant , the service is super... Spacially Ms Jennifer from West Bengal is the best. Food quality is good but there is some room to improvement regarding menu. They should change the items for MAP plans. Also in such hotel should have the swimming pool, need to add some more instrument in Gym.

Good business hotel.. Nothing wrong with it. Reasonable price.. Well connected.. Good buffet breakfast.. Except everything has too much sugar

I don't know what check in process they follow but never had I the experience in India of taking a photo of me in order to register me. I found it very strange and questioned it very much. But they insist on it. The service was not impolite or rude but also not friendly at the checkin counter. The room is ok. There was music all day and night in the hallway which was audible all night. Quite annoying.
