Surrounding atmosphere was extremely amazing.We love the environment and cleaniness in the hotel. The food was so delicious and tasty.The service was very nice and Good.The staff are working very accurately, the instructions given by us. The staff comes daily for cleaning the room.

I have been to this hotel many a times for events and my experience has been quite good till now. The hall, staff, and food has been great. The last time I went, i remember the food overall was very good BUT the jeera rice served was a bit undercooked so I am reducing 2 stars for that. Other than that, it is a good place.

We booked hall last Saturday, they provided valet service but valet people damaged our cars and many they kept in no parking area and because of that our guest got challan from traffic police, management was worst, they did not respond and were hardly interested in listening us.. Never ever book this hotel as management or staff will never listen to you.

Very bad hotel, not at all customer centric - quality of food and service including the cleanliness and facilities are pretty bad... Many good places around...regret a day stay here

Worst hotel, pathetic management. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff, especially the manager and the female at the reception. Seems they have hired girls with no hospitality background/qualification, doesn't know how to talk to the customer especially Vaibhavi (tall thin girl). The rooms and washrooms are bad/dirty.

We attended pre wedding functions here. The food was marvelous. The rooms were neat and clean.

Fantastic Hospitality from the entire staff and very well mannered attitude from all. We had done a get together of 39 friends who were actually meeting after 50 Long Years. We all felt homely and were very well taken care of by Ms Shivany. Would recommend for best food quality, best ambience, best hospitality & best staff.
