Worst experience at this hotel. Housekeeping staff is not even pro icing services and saying to make the bed by yourself. Isn't it their work to make the bed? Later on, a lot more bakwas. Totally not worth the money.

Rooms could have been bigger. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. Service could use some speed. Bell boy's suggestions are pin point. Only one upside, the location. Walking distance to the riverfront. All in all, the hotel needs a thorough facelift.

Worst experience. We had booked a super deluxe room with queen bed but they gave us twin beds. When asked the manager said all the super deluxe rooms with queen bed are booked and they can't do anything about it. That was so rude. The bedsheets were not clean. Bathroom door lock was broken. Bathroom is too small. Basic toiletories were not there. Only 1 unclean towel was provided. No napkins. The location of the property is also not good. Just that it is 10 15 mins from railway station. We booked this room for 3500 but not worth at all. Total Waste of money. Only good thing about the room is AC, hot water & they provided the water bottles. Don't book. They say it's 2 star hotel but it's not. 0 star.

It's only good for one day stay as it is really dirty, I stayed for 3 nights and they never came to clean the room in 3 days or change towels.. Cherry on top there were so many cockroaches in the room I can't explain. I had to stay there because of Coldplay event all the hotels were fully booked, so I payed 5 times for price for this hotel and it was so bad, if you are thinking to bring food in the room,make sure you finish it in one go and if there is leftover then leave it outside the room or else you will see tone of cockroaches enjoying your leftovers food. It is operated by Oyo in Ahmadabad. Do not fall for pictures.

Utterly appalled by the service! I booked a room 20 days in advance and requested an early check-in. While I understand early check-in requests can't always be honored, what's baffling is that even the promised 12 PM check-in was delayed by 10 minutes. And here's the real kicker: the room door doesn't work! The management's response? 'No worries, there's a CCTV camera--no one will enter.' Seriously? The solution to this was even more absurd--if the door locks, you'd need to enter the room through the balcony via another room. Unbelievable! How can a place claiming to be a '2-star hotel' operate like this? This disaster completely ruined the first day of our trip. Here's a suggestion: at the very least, get the basics right. If early check-in isn't possible, send a simple email saying so. And if you can't manage doors, of all things, maybe rethink calling yourself a hotel. R.I.P. to any semblance of management or service quality you claim to have." LOl check the video you can understand

I would rate this place 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. They overbooked the entire hotel, and then refused to do anything to help us get a refund. Absolutely useless hotel staff, the least they could have done was to aid in getting Agoda to cancel and process the refund. We tried calling them multiple times before landing in Ahmedabad to confirm the booking but they did not pick up. Even after this mismanagement, they refused to take accountability for their actions. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour on their part.

Absolutely filthy rooms, extremely poor room service but everyone expects tips. Hotel was overbooked during the Coldplay weekend, and the people who were unlucky in arriving first were told to cancel without the hotel taking any responsibility. Epitome of greed from the hotel management
