OYO 8786 Hotel Maan Residency

Very Pethatic & Rude Staffs on reception service. When i went to meet my Bank colleague came from outstation and stayed in this hotel, receptionist and manager didn't allow me to meet him without confirm to call my colleague stayed here. They are arguing on assumption basis that, "Visitors comeing here to getting fresh without any charge". So My colleague also came at reception area and asked him for such type of new experience. He was also shocked by this type of new rules seen in hotel. He said that at time of check in they didn't allow him to early check in to getting fresh or allow to sit in waiting area because he came around 4 hour earlier from check in time. They were asking him for extra payment for early check in. That means we customers has to change our train or bus timings according to their hotel's check in timings. Not suggesting even offering free stay here.

Poor maintenance. I had biryani and palav. Dogs also don't dare to eat that food.

It is a decent hotel with really good service. The service is pretty quick. The size of the rooms is quite large and the beds and mattresses are very comfortable. Didn't have lunch or dinner there but breakfast was barely up to the mark. It's a good place to just stay and roam the city whilst having a comfortable place to crash.

Hotel is average, cleanliness not maintained properly. Washrooms were not clean, breakfast ordinary, room service could be better. Ginger in the same price range is a better choice in my opinion.

A very budget friendly hotel to stay in the prime location of Ahmedabad city. Vastrapur lake and Alpha one mall is located at a distance of 3 kms. The hotel interior is really nice and the rooms here are really spacious and feel comfortable types. The amenities in the hotel rooms were working well. Didn't had to call the room service guy even once. In an all a good plce to stay.

Payment system was faulty. Escalator does not work always. Not accessible for elderly. Food not so good.

Not worth of price they charge, No variety in breakfast, Limited menu in foods, Lack of customer services...

Service qualities are not good, property is too old Cockroaches are welcoming in the room
