Very good service. Nice environment for breakfast. I like their masala tea and masala dosai. I enjoy it very much with my friends. We sit here and talking while having our breakfast. The staff here are all very friendly and always offer drinks for us. Thanks Radha for your hospitality.

We recently conducted 50th anniversary celebration at Novotel Ahmedabad, and it was an experience to cherish. The event was beautifully managed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. A special thanks to Manager Rinela, who coordinated everything with grace and professionalism. The highlight of the evening -- our anniversary cake -- was masterfully crafted by Pastry Chef Mohammed Aslam Qureshi, exactly as we envisioned. It was not only stunning but absolutely delicious. We also deeply appreciate Chef Debojyoti, who personally ensured the entire menu was curated to match our preferences. His commitment and attention to detail truly elevated the celebration. The team was warm, responsive, and extremely cooperative throughout. Novotel Ahmedabad proved to be the perfect venue for our milestone celebration, and we're grateful for the impeccable service.

This is my 3rd time being here, and I have to say the consistency of their service have never changed. The speed and quality of delivery the requests we have, despite the heavy load in the restaurant. Radha has been exceptional, her personalized and professional attitude towards service is top notch. I can see that from her smiles and laughters always brighten up a smile or laughter across the table. Kudos and I look forward to be back here once again!

Have stayed here several times and the staff never fails to delight me with their pleasant and professional service. The breakfast was a decent spread and I always enjoy their eggs. It's always a lovely experience with this hotel and its staff. Special mention to Radha for taking good care of my needs.

Everything about Novotel is just amazing! The staff, the location the rooms, the service, the facilities. It was so comfortable and welcoming. I loved it and would not only return but also highly recommend it. It made my trip to India amazing and really worth it and fun. Two things I wish I could change, even though small, is firstly the wifi... the wifi was not the bad but was still really really good once I asked for it to worked on. The food in the restaurant was delicious but super super overpriced for no reason.

I feel facilitate, when you shown concerns about the Room Bookings and immediately connected me with the appropriate person to get the good prices. Your Bhuna - Gosht & Egg Curry was really awesome and mouth watering and we never had such Type of fresh and hot preparations with Ginger - Onion garnished.
