We had a wonderful lunch at the hotel. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was prompt and very courteous, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Room no. 2317 House keeping Room service We received delightful service from Roshan malve from the housekeeping team. Roshan malve the house keeping person is very helpful and efficient in his work. He welcoming smile and a wonderful nature that truly brightened our experience. He has maintain a clean environment in the room. Great to have such person in your hotel industry who is very helpful humble and kind. We are pleased to give him 5 -star rating for his exceptional service. Kindly extend our appreciation and recognition to him.

It was a privilege to stay at this hotel during my vacation! Service and food both are awesome. The vibes are so lavishing that you fall in love with this place at first sight. The friendly behavior of staff and timely service both are commendable. Highly recommended if you visit Ahmedabad at any time. Hospitality is at its best!

Jain food not good . Quality achhi nahi he .. na taste achha he.. service bahut slow he .. wo bina puche hi apne hisab se sabzi late he . Not cooling .. disappointed with the food or taste . Location & ambience is good but uska kya hi kar sakte he .. jab khane ka taste hi acha nahi he . No fruits in buffet .. no taste no service .. Or please treat all the customers equally .. and please arrange parna or high chair for kids so parents and kids both feels comfortable. U have to arrange all the dishes for jain and swaminarayan people not just 2 or 3 dishes .. set the standard as ITC .. a lot disappointed

The rooms and service was amazing. For breakfast, the ghee podi Dosa was to die for. Too good! Rest of the collection was also spot on.|At the concierge, Dev Anand ji was polite and welcoming throughout my stay. ||I would definitely recommend this property to my connections.

As always, ITC Narmada lived up to its reputation for offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room on a higher floor, which offered a lovely view. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could ask for. However, our experience at the restaurant left a bit to be desired. It was extremely busy, and it took around 25 minutes for someone to attend to us. While the food quality was good, the service during breakfast was particularly slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized--our coffee took 40 minutes to arrive, and the dosa took nearly 45 minutes to be served. Overall, the hotel is fantastic in terms of ambience, comfort, and hospitality. However, the restaurant service needs significant improvement to match the otherwise excellent standards of the property.
