Located at Paldi Crossing, this hotel offers ease of access to the travellers as lots of private bus operators have their offices at stone throw away distance. It was an affordable location for me too during my recent visit to Ahmedabad to attend a training program, as I had arrived during the early morning hours at Paldi itself through bus and was looking for a hotel to grab a quick early morning nap. The rooms are OK sort, the management needs to work on the lift as the indicators on the panel outside the lift on floors don't show any thing which leads to confusion if the lift is in working condition or not. The interior corners of the lift had gone red and brown due to spitting of gutka or paan residue (yuck!!). It comes as surprise because the owner of hotel "Neel Kanth group" is also the owner of iconic revolving restaurant "Patang restaurant" at Nehru Nagar at Ahmedabad. Nonetheless , staff was quite helpful, they immediately changed my room as the room allocated to me had some issues with the AC. The room rate was Rs 1200 with 24 hours check in /check out facility.

We had booked six rooms thru GOIBIBO.COM for 2 nights. This hotel is situated at Paldi Cross roads, Paldi, a busy junction in Ahmedabad. As soon as we arrived at the Hotel, we were allotted the rooms and it was hastle free. We checked in at the hotel. All the rooms were in 3rd floor. There is a lift provision and hence we did not bother about allotting the rooms in the 3rd Floor. The rooms are good with AC facility, WiFi and TV.||||This hotel is about 4 Kms from Ahmedabad Railway Station. As we come out of the Hotel, Public transport is available to all the places in Ahmedabad. Number of sharing autos are also seen passing through the road. It is a busy location and even at late night, buses were plying.||||One great advantage of this hotel is that a Udipi Cafe is situated adjacent to this hotel, where we get good breakfast, lunch and Dinner. .||||We enjoyed the stay at the Hotel as we also got a good deal for our stay.

This was good for the one-night stopover we had in the city. The Front Desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Thank you for the courtesy upgrade! The room was large and well-equipped. We had an inclusive breakfast, which was fair.

got two night's stay for some 1300 odd, pretty much worth the money. the kitchen food is decent, my only concern is with the staff which is clueless. they are literally clueless about what's happening. can't ask them for anything, they can barely speak. room was nice and clean, bathroom looked better than most hotels at this price-point. had a decent two nights of stay here.|would certainly recommend it :)

When I cross check (for check in)at counter they allotted me room with your Hotel voucher indicating 960 basic+ 99Tax amounting to 1059/- though they not asked me extra for that, next day they ask me to pay according to this beak up (on extension of my stay for additional day.)|Room was ugly, TV are not operating fully on remote (power/off manual). GTPL net not operating only 2/3 channels are clear. We have to shut of all power switches manually while in/out from room. key operated main switch is not there. No main switch at outside room.|wash room in reception were horrible.|wi-fy only available in reception.| |

I was disappointed that an ITC group hotel was as ordinary as it was. The room was ill equipped with every item being inadequate. The room service had to be repeatedly reminded before the food was delivered. The TV mechanic couldn't set right the problem.

Neelkanth Crystal refused to allot room to me though it was booked througth Cleartrip on 06/12/2014.Hence I had to arrange another accomodation for night staying at Ahmedabad by own cost. It was also informed to you through e-mail. But no action has been received . I WILL think 100 times for further booking through you.

The hotel is a nightmare. We booked it via oyo and it was like living a nightmare .hotel is unhygienic with paan spit marks everywhere the reception area has clothes strewn around. the room service is rude. We reached at 6.45 pm and wanted to take a shower,they bluntly told us no hot water .room had cockroaches all over. The pillow cover was smelly and we asked to clean the room as we had spilt a bit of tea by mistake and the house keeping told us we won't clean .on complaining to the reception they sent someone . a family was also complaining at the reception about how they were harassing them with the log in .I am petrified at the services here .the staff is unclean, they told us that the breakfast was complimentery. We asked the reception what was complimentery he said speak to the kitchen .kitchen told us veg sandwich,cheese sandwich and potato parantha.on ordering potato parantha he said potato is not boiled yet. We ordered sandwich and eventually parantha were also served.on checking out he charged us for the sandwich saying only one item was complimentary and charges us 245 extra. It was the last stroke on the camels back .we said we won't pay extra then he in loud tone said I won't let ou take your luggage .we spoke to the oyo manager he said I can give you a discount coupon but please pay here .I said I won't book oyo anymore the its been one hour to this issue and no one is here .the hotel manager on top is threatening us that write wherever you want I don't care .its isn't about the extra money but about the rude and mentally harassing us
