Hotel the Royal Plaza

One of the shabbiest hotel I have ever stayed ! No hygiene, no cleanliness and it smells bad right from the entrance. Rooms are small and they don't even change linen after check outs. Ac was making noise and cudnt sleep at all. Zero maintained hotel.

WORST place ever.. cancelled on us the last moment

The worst stay in my life. Never ever clean the toilet while handing over to the guest. I stayed in Room 303, toilet flush is not working so you end up flushing manually. I reported this twice to the front desk manager, he gave me a silly reason for not doing the job . Last day they did not clean the room as well. There is a restaurant as well at the bottom, i really doubt the quality of the food they serve. Pls. Look for some better hotel.

Okay for emergency stay if no other option. Parking is not available, need to pay extra and deal with them. Service staff is not available all the time.

Very very bad rooms door not close. Very bad smell and verybad experience don't come here anymore not suggest
