Hotel Shrimad Residency

My charger was lost in the room and they were not ready to listen the things. Matress were also not good. I have to change the room after one day of stay. Location is good but service is very very poor.

Very bad room service.... Food doesn't get delivered on time... I waited for more than an hour just to realise my meal wasn't prepared as the shift changed. Too pricey for nothing...Better choices available at almost same prices nearby. Personally not recommended

Overall it was a good experience. The room here is neat and clean. The food here is also very tasty. Food service and the staff is very helpful and understanding especially Mr. Mayank was very cooperative and polite.

Excellent Stay Experience at Shrimad Residency I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Shrimad Residency for 10 days, and my experience was truly exceptional. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their remarkable behavior. They are not only polite and attentive but also incredibly helpful and cheerful, which made my stay even more pleasant. Their commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction is commendable. The hotel's location is highly convenient, situated right opposite Shalby Hospital, making it easily accessible. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Mahipal Singh, for his kind and welcoming nature. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent hospitality provided by the team. I highly recommend Shrimad Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed there for 16 days, and the booking rate was 1,600 per day. The front desk charged me for 2 extra days, and the owner called me, shouting that he would throw me out of the room unless I paid 2,500 per day. He also scolded and abused me a lot.||One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life.

(0/5) Absolutely disappointing stay! No toiletries provided - Basic essentials like soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and comb were missing. Charges for drinking water - Even a simple water bottle wasn't complimentary. Extremely small rooms - The rooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. PG on the property - The hotel also operates as a paying guest accommodation, which ruins the hotel experience. No fresh towels - Towels were not clean or fresh, adding to the unhygienic conditions. No kettle in the room - There's no way to make tea or coffee in the room, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find a better option nearby!

The service staff was good, but not worth the money the rooms are not clean and very small. Not family friendly.

Overall good experience for stay. Food was excellent. Mr Mayank has provided instant fasting breakfast as it was not in menu. Staff is polite and good service. Food preparation and quality was excellent.
