Dampness in the room, poor service, |Very Bad Experience book for three nights. |Beware, Its not a hotel as such, dharmshala; everything about this property is super below average. their sales team is super bad and rude. we wouldn't stay (because we didn't have the privacy nor hygiene nor cleanliness or anything else you'd expect from a hotel and sadly we paid in advance). We left the money that we very well deserve to take refund of, and changed to a different location. Again, it's not a proper hotel and not at all a budget stars; you can check the pics and figure out yourself!

We have booked room for our guest Mr Shikhar Keshari. When he entered the hotel, he complained about worst quality of rooms and what to say about their staff...we asked them to refund our money they refused and started abusing. Our guest didn't even checkin and hotel kept our money too. Too much unprofessional and unsafe to stay.

Room are best neat and clean room .we have stay business purpose for long time. Staff is gd overall experience is very good best stay forever

Dear Everyone, please don't book this hotel, service quality 0, food quality 0, room size- like as a washroom, staff behavior like as a bagger, there is Mr HImesh and Mr Nitesh who has very bad behavior.

I was stay here for 12 Days .Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
