Hotel Royal

I had Very bad experience staying at Hotel Royal. Poor management,My room was in bad condition cracks everywhere, once false ceiling fall down almost killed me. They never respond to your complain immediately, the light switch was short Circuiting, leakage of water from the AC they clean AC only once in a blue moon. No closet to keep hangers. At first they told us we don't have to pay electricity bill and after 3 months they came asking for all of the month and when we complain about it the owner said "if you don't want to stay you can leave there are many customer ". I can't believe I paid 17,000 rent just for 1 room

Rude n misbehaving staff special when see a tourist, they change price when see a tourists

we stayed here for 2 days in deluxe AC room and it was a pleasant stay.. the food was great... Rooms were clean, restrooms were clean. There is no kettle in the room but still if you want hot water you can request and they will bring it right away. The missing star is coz the lenght of beds were small which doesn't fit for tall persons.

Don't call to this number this is wrong number

As soon as you reach the hotel you may think it's not worth your money because it looks quite generic from the outside but when you'll enter the hotel and walk towards your room, it will give you the five star feels. It actually has a lot of space in front and a lawn at the back for parties. Rooms are very good, the service is slow but ok. Complimentary breakfast and tea were a joke, nice for stay overall.

Service is Excellent, Very Humble and Co operative Staff, Location is Plus Point / Ground Floor with HDFC ATM in gate / Rooms are in renovation mode, so no need to talk about it / But yes, all rooms are airy with door / big windows /

Its a very good hotel for staying for buisness work nr ahmedabad city with this kind of budget with its room tariffs. The hotel room are also very spacious and neat and clean and staff behaviour is very nice. I will surely recommend this hotel for staying here nr ahmedabad. Overall my experience is excellant for this hotel in such price!!!

Good Place at conveniently located on the main SG Highway. Very Comfortable Stay. Rooms are very neat and bathrooms are clean. Have shower (hot & cold water). Staff is exceptional. Very Courteous and Helpful. Easily locatable on GMaps & Uber/Ola.
