Hotel Royal Grand

I have never seen such a poorly maintained hotel in my entire life, especially for the price I paid for this hotel. First, I entered the room, the bedsheet was not changed because I could see the hair of the person there who was earlier staying in the room. Then the pillow cover had a stain of hair oil, indicating it was not changed. They just sweep the floor. They didn't even have the will to mop the floor, clean the bathroom. The receptionist was very cruel. He intentionally switched off the AC from the MCB so that he can save 1 unit. When I confronted him, he blamed me that I had turned on the button and the moment I entered the room, he turned on the AC from the main board. The ceiling was leaking. It was not possible to wash your hand because sewage water was dripping on the wash basin. Because of them, I decided to change the midnight because I couldn't bear the pain of sleeping in an unhygienic condition. You can also see the picture clicked in midnight where I'm leaving the room as their helper is unlocking the main gate from where we have to enter. Please don't go with the fake reviews which they had posted here. They have used bots to fabricate their review so that people like us can fall into their trap. If you don't believe, then just saw the 5 star review's profile and how many reviews they had posted in their profile. If it is 1 or 2, then I believe I don't have to write more.

It is the worst hotel ever I have visited in my life Staff was extremely rude and not helping the room were extremely dirty Plus there were hair on the bed The bedsheets were completely drenched in dirt Jetspray wasn't working in the washroom Shower was not running there was a hole inside the washroom and the water was leaking I asked for hot water because geaser was also not working I was a nightmare for me and my sister to stay there we just wannted to ge out for the hotel. Not just even my room Every one at hotel was complaining about there rooms No hygiene in the kitchen someone please check their kitchen Please don't not fool customer with your hotel pictures .

Very sorry state of rooms. Very smelly. Bed was very untidy and full of hair. Bathroom was smelly. Both the shower and the bidet were broken. Waterlogged. Extremely bad experience and nothing like shown in the images.

Really being a certified Detective I do certify that on an average budget it is a good hotel. Staff are courteous . A little problem in parking is there but the staff of the hotel managed it nicely. M Kumar

After confirm booking online, these people do a drama. They say that no rooms available and arguing like it was our mistake and forced to stay in these another property. They send us to a very dirty hotel. Worst experience.

Very good staff & very good maintaining hotel

Facilities and services are very poor. Geysers are not working, Bathroom conditions are bad. No facilities for snacks or other food Items Check photos first and then check in.

Good hospitality, hygienic and good behaviour staff and coast effective stay. Must visit
